Great property and close to everything.
Pros:

Very well designed. Staff is friendly. Very close to BTS and Terminal 21 Asok.

Cons:

Room 401, every time we walk into the room, I get a very strong musty smell even though we left the AC on all day.

スタッフがフレンドリー
設備は古いが清潔

Cons:

ホテルの入り口がレストランの外販でほぼ塞がれており入り口が分りずらくなっている。
２Ｆレストランは料理の味は普通だがデザート、サラダバー、フルーツの品ぞろえが貧弱で手が出ない。
又料理の種類も似通っておりバリエーションが乏しい。

Great place to stay if you only require a place to sleep.
Pros:

Great location and modern. Staff was professional and courteous. Nice room and bed.

Cons:

While the lobby was large and open, there was only a small little seating area right inside the door. It wasn’t clear where the different facilities were. After two days, I couldn’t tell you if there was a swimming pool, breakfast area, gym or business room. There was an outdoor area that kind of looked like restaurant seating but I couldn’t tell how to access it without going exploring.

Very good location!
Pros:

The location was excellent, with very convenient access to public transportation. Most of the staff were friendly and provided courteous service.

Cons:

The room smelled musty and moldy, and the window couldn’t be opened, so I couldn’t air out the room. Also, the room was quite dark overall.

Just right for fun & frolic
Pros:

Superbly located to enjoy the sights & sounds of Bangkok's nights & giving you a very personalised feel & being very boutique S15 will not disappoint.

Overall a lovely stay will absolutely no complaints.

Cons:

The rooms are getting a bit jaded & bit of renovation is the need of the hour.

Pros:

Nice mid-range place , love the muted decor, modern by with a 70's vibe. Location is as good as it gets if you want sukhumvit.

Cons:

Tvs in normal rooms aren't smart.. so no Internet tv.. upgrade to junior suite for these for a few baht more. Nicer spacier rooms anyway.
