Прекрасный отель
Pros:

Это великолепный отель вдали от суеты и города. Замечательный персонал, много активностей для детей, суперские завтраки, широкий чистый пляж. Если мы еще раз приедем в Ваннинг, то обязательном поселимся в этом же отеле.

在酒店里吃喝玩乐就可以，总体还是不错的

No news channel like bbc or cnn. Even if on the flyer and the list of all the channels they wrote they had. Is it a joke? Or maybe they don’t receive many foreigners there. The staff was very poor in English communication. Poor choice of breakfast for a western man. It was a waste of money

Check in was horrendous. Staff were incapable of handling booking.com booking and wanted to charge more then said any variance would be refunded by booking.com. All this was done using translator. Finally a manager arrived and helped resolve but it was a 40-50 min check in. Thank goodness my daughter who speaks Chinese was with me but even she struggled until the manager who I requested turned up

Check in was a disaster. Arrived after 10-30pm. One person on reception check in who spoke no English. She brought a person out to help and they both tried to ignore my booking.com booking and price and charge me more. My daughter with me speaks Chinese but they stood firm on their position.They said booking.com would refund me. It was ugly. I asked for the manager who did turn up and after listening tov her employees and me accepted my truth. They had the booking in their system and I had it on my app and thats what we ran with. Earlier that morming I had received bookingcom email saying the property could not my credit card and to re-enter the details I did it twice providing exactly the same info. By the time we had checked in it was close to midnight.

The hotel is in Shimey Bay, on the beach, far from the crowded cities. Definitely stylish, European hotel, looks like a big bungalow, as opposed to the nearby Westin Hotel, which looks like bunch of concrete blocks. Exceptionally well trained staff!! Chris at the reception helped me with organizing our transportation to Haikou Airport. She also help me withdraw some cash from the bankomat. We got a very good deal on the room through Expedia.

可惜了飯店名氣、美景、設施

飯店內有私人沙灘、游泳池、中餐廳、烤肉餐廳、潛水報名........。如果只在飯店游泳、日光浴，餐飲消費預算很高、不怕熱的人(房間溫度不論怎麼調，都是悶悶的攝氏26度)，是很適合的飯店。從入住登記到退房，只有最後櫃檯辦理退房的人員(剛好服務我的那個人)，感覺有專業的服務訓練，其它人的服務態度、敏銳度、遇到問題的解決靈敏度，進步空間非常的大。

Only thing I liked was the upgrade to our room. From airport shuttle and check in, they stated they could locate my room. I booked two rooms through Expedia and they couldn’t locate it. The thing that made it terrible was the airport shuttle. Due to my last problem with Mangrove Yelin in Sanya, China, I wanted to ensure I was getting. A free shuttle for my family of 7. They stated and confirm they will have a car ready for us at 8PM. I called around 7 PM, and was told they do not have me confirmed for a shuttle for that time and only have 3 spots if I want 8. We argued and told them we wanted a bus for 7 people and we called and confirmed yesterday. They then said the only thing they can do is to drive 6 people there first. We argued and said we still have one more guest and needs to arrive. They said the next car is at 10:30. We got really upset and said we need a car to follow. They agreed and set up another shuttle for my one guest at 8:30 to 8:45. After once that was settled they upgraded our room which was nice of them. It was a really beautiful room with a private swimming right by the ocean. Since we got to our hotel so late, we wanted to swim before we had to leave early that morning. We called guest services and they even sent people to clean our pool! This is why I couldn’t rate them as “terrible” it was still very disappointing after going through so much in Sanya or Wanning, China
