Frühstück und Abendessen, außergewöhnlich gut.Vielfältig !!! Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Das Apartment sehr sauber.Die Tiefgarage geräumig. Auch der Wellnesbereich,super.

Cons:

Das Apartment war in Ordnung, aber sehr viele unschöne Gebrauchsspuren. Der Teppichboden grenzwertig. Das Mobiliar deutlich abgewohnt. Für den Preis zu schlecht.

Pros:

Wir sind schon mehrfach im Hotel und Spa zur Post in Bansin gewesen und immer war es toll.
Jetzt will man das Tee Angebot von Tee Ronnefeld umstellen auf einen anderen Anbieter 😔das ist schlecht. Wir sind Teetrinker und Ronnefeld ist diee !! Teemarke die zu ihrem Haus passt. Alles andere ist „ Bahndamm dritter Schnitt 😔😔😔“

Toller Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Schöne große und saubere Zimmer. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Kleiner aber schöner Spa-Bereich. Das Frühstück bis 12 Uhr fanden wir sehr angenehm.

Checkin, Personal,Bademantel Größe gemerkt.kleinikeiten aber toll.

Cons:

Handys im schwimmbad.
Jeden Tag irgend welche Gäste mit Handy im schwimmbad Filmen den Pollbereich mit Gästen.
Sehr schlimm.
Im Ruheraum der wasserständer geht garnicht,ständig Gäste rein und raus zum Wasser holen und Tür auflassen,wie soll mann da ruhe finden.Ich schreibe hier in der Hoffnung das ich gehört werde,wenn nicht,kann man sich das hier Sparen mit dem Schreiben.

Sehr entspannt.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Frühstück war sehr umfangreich. Personal durchgehend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr angenehm. Ausstattung bestens. Kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Der Außenpool dürfte gerne erst ab 9:00 geöffnet sein, damit man nicht um 7:00 am Sonntag von Badelärm geweckt wird.

Pros:

Wir hatten in keiner Hinsicht etwas zu beanstanden. Zimmer sehr geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war üppig und von allem was man sich zum Frühstück wünscht war reichlich vorhanden , sehr ansprechend angeboten und sehr lecker. Das Personal war stets nett und freundlich und sehr umsichtig. In den Restaurants und Bars war es ebenso gemütlich und eine prima Bedienung. Prima Hotel und danke für den netten Kurzurlaub. Macht weiter so, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, liegt zentral, kurzer Weg zum Strand. Alles war sehr sauber und das Personal ist super freundlich. Auch das Essen im Hotel muss man loben. Sehr abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft. Danke an die Küche. Wir kommen gern wieder!
