Comfort Inn & Suites Madisonville

It was so comfortable and close to a variety of fun things! Stayed for the airshow on Saturday, ended up going to the Crowded House for dinner. Only 12 mins away. Staff super friendly and helpful, plus the rooms were cozy and clean!

Being refurbished so kind of messy. Staff good, generally nice hotel but a mess right now (092325)

Although closer to the railroad than the other two nearby hotels, I didn't find noise to be an issue. The hotel is undergoing major re-decoration, so maybe check the status before booking.

Our room was ok. But they was remodeling the lobby. It was covered in dust last night when we checked in, which was understandable. But this morning when we went down the check in counter had not been cleaned nor had the breakfast area. Everything was covered with Sheetrock dust. It was so bad we went elsewhere to eat.

Everyone was great. Very helpful and polite.

Best bargain in Madisonville!

Property is under construction but was still pretty clean. The walls in the room were dirty and the AC didn’t work the best. Front office staff was nice though made me laugh and smile

The only front desk staff that spoke was Nancy. She was very nice. I was there for 3 days. On the second day I was called and questioned why I was still in the room. When I was told I would have to come downstairs because I was checked out. There was rust and mold in the bathroom on the towel racks and around the tub. The chair in the room was so cracked and bad it would peel off on your clothing. They were also very quick to text me at check in to let me know they would not be cleaning my room for the three days I was there. The ice machine on the first floor did not work. And if the pool opens at 6 am it should have been cleaned from the night before. The breakfast in the morning is not monitored for cleanliness until they are cleaning up and taking food away to close up even though they had people who were trying to get breakfast. Then I watched them plate it up for one of the women who worked in the hotel. I will say that the housekeeping staff was super friendly while walking the halls. The front desk couldn’t be bothered to look up or even speak when you walked past except for Nancy who spoke every time.

Room was excellent. Bed was superb. Nice bathroom. Breakfast could use some work, but overall a lovely stay. Strong recommendation!

The front deck clerk was a little new but very kind. The breakfast was average to low average.
THE BED HAD BED BUGS. We didn’t realize until about the second day and we were covered in bites. It’s beyond gross and unsafe. If it wasn’t for this one thing I would be giving it a 3-4 star.

Five stars to the entire staff and on cleanliness of entire property. Outside is currently under renovation which was not a problem at all. Major problem was the air control in the room. It was set to 72 and even though we dropped it to cooler temperatures it never really changed anything. It was not a $175.00 stay. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful which was the bonus.

Very old and outdated with odor! The room had a mold/mildew smell and the air was extremely noisy.
Breakfast seemed to end earlier than posted because at 9am there was nearly nothing.
Hair on beds and snags on bedspread.

Convenient, decent, with a helpful staff. Good value for business travel in the area.

Plenty of pillows on the beds, water pressure in shower was great, much better than our other hotel in the area. Staff was super friendly. My kids loved the breakfast.

Good, staff employee Penny is so accommodating. Friendly and very helpful. We did have a few random ants appear, but will not stop us from staying again.

Nice place to stay when visiting Madisonville, Ky. Well maintained property located close to the amenities of Madisonville.

Found cocker roaches in our room! Smelled like old molded air will NOT be going back
