The hotel is in a great location and is very clean. The young man working the morning shift was friendly and very helpful

Cons:

The room view was completely different from the photos. Instead of the advertised historic view, we overlooked noisy air conditioning units and had to keep the curtains closed throughout our entire stay because the view was so unpleasant. The receptionist was rude and unwilling to help.
**The breakfast staff, especially Gianni and Maria, were rude and did not know how to speak to guests respectfully. Even though I spoke politely, I was shouted at over a simple request while waiting for a clean table. I paid to stay at this hotel, so I expected to be treated

מלון במיקום נהדר. צריך להוסיף עוד מוצרים מפנקים בחדר ולהאריך את שעת הצ׳ק אאוט עד 12:00.

החדר גדול. ארוחת הבוקר טובה ומגוונת. המיקום נהדר.

Cons:

המגבות באמבטייה היו מיושנות מאד. היה קושי להוציא סבון מהבקבוקים. לא היה שום דבר באמבטיה מלבד הסבון . הצ׳ק אאוט בשעה 10:00 יותר מדי מוקדם.
