Pros:

Great location and value for money. Fully furnished and can wash your cloths. So can cook and everything. Very close to beach and shops, dont really need a car, but have parkings.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Loved the location! Super close to 4 mile beach and the main strip with all the restaurants and stores!

Cons:

A little worn down but overall was good. Would have wished there was more or a bigger blanket as there was just a thin blanket and a sheet. There was also quite a bit of tiny ants even with no food left out.

The location was excellent for us to get to the AFL and also up town.

Cons:

The unit is a bit tired with zeroo maintenance happening and cleaners could be a bit more studious about their work.

There was an issue with the water drainage from shower and basin.
A little basic and furniture could be updated but great value for what we paid.

Good but could be better.
Pros:

Great location and plenty of space.

Cons:

Needs a lot of maintenance, we found traces of mould which could lead to serious health implications, dishwasher leaked all over the floor, ants in the kitchen everyday even after cleaning and bug spraying.

Pros:

Location was fabulous. It was central to beach, town centre and marina. The bed and pillows were comfortable and linen very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and had all you needed for preparing meals in the unit.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the shower and floors, they felt and looked quite grubby. The neighbouring apartments overlooked the property, and my room did not feel very private. I could not leave blinds open and felt quite uncomfortable sitting out on the balcony provided so did not use it very much.
