Spacious and great for families
Pros:

The actual room itself was great for our family. We loved the pools and facilities. However the cleanliness of the room was very poor. For the price we paid for the accommodation I expected much more.

Pleasant surprise.
Pros:

Thought that this was some kind of resort, not a town house in a gated community. Kids on scooters and bikes riding everywhere without helmets and no regard for cars. Initials carved in the kitchen counter and the whole place was just a bit tired looking. Was quite happy with the canal site and was overall comfortable. Downstairs toilet takes hours to refill, and en-suite cold tap leaked all the time and no staff to leave a report with, and old census papers still at the door.

Very spacious with nice view
Pros:

Clean & spacious apartment. Staff were welcoming & very helpful.
Downside is that unit is somewhat outdated, coffee table had a massive dent/hole in it, but otherwise, very happy
