Pros:

ひとりでゆったり静かに贅沢な時間が過ごせた。ほとんどインクルーシブなので、部屋でもラウンジでもジャグジーやサウナも飲み物と一緒に楽しめた。

A fabulous boutique hotel - we loved it!
Pros:

Favourite hotel during our tour of Japan.
Room was beautiful, every thing thought of!

awesome relaxing stay.
Pros:

The breakfast hour from 0730 to 1200 was great for us as it allows us to sleep in. The breakfast is from a menu so our food is always hot and yummy. When we requested for an earlier breakfast as we needed to rush for an early guided tour, not only they agreed, they even delivered the food to our room! The drinks and snacks in the room are free! We were escorted to our room and the staff introduced us to the room etc. WOW! The shower water pressure was really strong and it was very easy to control the heat. The aircon control was easy to use too. The towels were so soft, fluffy and nice smelling. I love their bedroom slippers too - so soft. The staff was very friendly and professional. The housekeeping was awesome too. We have stayed in a number of 5-stars hotel, this surpasses them!

Cons:

Due to our age (60 years old), we find the room too dim for our liking.

Fabulous hotel, great location, exceptional clean, modern, comfortable rooms. Two excellent restaurants and a complementary breakfast that was delicious. Impeccable service from a young staff eager to please.

친절하고 편안한 여행이었네요.
Pros:

하카타역인근 공항 10분이내 거리라 위치는 좋았고, 직원분들도 매우 친절했습니다. 방크기가 넓은 것과 흡연이 가능한 테라스가 있는 것은 정말 큰 장점이었네요. 아무불편없이 잘 다녀왔습니다. 감사합니다.

Cons:

4층에 자쿠지하러갔었는데 직전 사용자가 욕조에 물을 안빼놔서 좀 그랬는데요. 자쿠지에 가니 준비해놓는다던 음료수도 없어 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 자쿠지이용에 관리가 좀 더 필요해보입니다.

방은 넓고 편했다

위치가 불편, 주말마다 웨딩이 있어서 식당 이용불가, 외부인들이 많이 들어와서 복잡하다. 결혼식이 주 사업인 호텔같다.
숙박요금도 너무 비싸다. 택시에서 내리면 아무도 짐을 받아주지않아서 짐을 끌고 한참 리셉션을 찾으면 이태리 식당겸 바에 작게 위치한 리셉션을 겨우찾을수있다.
열쇠가 카드키가아니고 진짜열쇠라서 무겁고 열기번거롭다.
스파는 예약을 해야만 사용가능한데 대부분 예약이 꽉차서 새벽 1시에만 이용 가능했다
