Too many mosquitoes, no exhaust fans in the bathroom, broken heaters - too hot and could not control it, some outlets not working, uncomfortable linens, worn bathroom towels, rooms too far from the beach not really beach front, food was so so. Decent stay, booked 2 rooms and they assigned far from each other rather than interconnecting, old facilities, there are way better hotels at the same price. Won’t be going back here.

Boracay beachfront family holiday!
Pros:

Location was great! Resort itself was a bit dated, but staff and friendly servce made up for it.

Designated Smoking Areas
Cons:

Not too many designated smoking areas and you have to literally look for it because it is not indicated at the Map, one is located at the Beachfront entrance and the second one is located in the middle of the village/resort and for me unfortunately my Room was located at the main Check in Area so in order to smoke i have to walk to the middle of the village/resort and for me that could be handled better Like One Designated Smoking Area at the Beachfront in the middle and one at the main entrance .
