Nothing significant. We had a pleasant stay and were happy with the property overall.
La grande piscine avec les 2 grosses glissades était super.
Nous avions payé, via booking, 4 déjeuners (2 adultes et 2 enfants). L'hôtel mentionnait qu'il avait recu seulement 3 paiements/réservations alors nous devions payer pour notre plus jeune de 7 ans. Malgré mes preuves, nous avons dû se battre avec eux. Même booking a confirmé que tout était en ordre. C'est lorsque nous avions parlé de faire une plainte au DOT quil etait bcp plus réceptif. C'est seulement a la 3e journée quils ont soudainement trouver le moyen de nous fournir les 4 déjeuners déjà payé. Nous avons dû attendre de se faire rembourser seulement au check out pour les 2 déjeuners payés en trop. Nous nous sommes présentés à chaques jours pour connaitre l'évolution pour notre remboursement et ils avaient de nouvelles excuses à chaque fois; on ne peut pas rembourser cash, nous n'avons pas d'argent dans nos caisses, on doit attendre l'approbation d'un supérieur... On parle de 1500 pesos.... Ensuite, à la piscine, on s'est fait avertir de ne pas pouvoir boire ou manger (des chips) alors que d'autres personnes juste a côté de nous mangeait des gros sandwich... On s'est demandé si ce n'était pas du racisme... Bref, on a tout détesté!
Bcp trop grosse hotel, loin de la ville animé.
We are in group but the room was separated and very far from each and every room. Many insects inside the room specially in bed. See attached picture.
i would appreciate if guests will be asked for a senior citizen companion and will be placed in a room accessible for 74 year-old guest, thank you!
