Staff were kind
Rooms were musty and moldy smelling until they moved us to the owners room.
They would not turn off the fountain running off the pool swim up bar. Never had anyone sit there the 5 days we were there. No one wants to be splashed while having a drink or eating. The fountain needs to go. Turn it off and see if the sales at the swim up bar increase
The place and amenities! This is a must hotel for families travelling with small kids, specially if you are coming to Boracay during rainy season as they have a lot of pools for the kids to enjoy if they couldnt swim at the beach or if water activities are suspendes just like what happened when we stayed there. Inside tje hotel premises, it doesnt even feel like you are in boracay at all. It's like the resort has its own world inside Boracay Island.
It couldve been a 10 if only theres no noise coming from the property being built on the side of the room where we stayed. Totally understood its not the hotel's fault though!
Konumu harika, çalışanlar çok yardımcı ve güler yüzlü. Kahvaltı güzel, ortam temiz, düzenli ve sakin.
İlk kaldığımız oda çamaşırhanenin yanındaydı, inanılmaz gürültü vardı, hemen değiştirdiler ancak sonraki odada kasa bozuktu, söylememize rağmen kimse gelmedi. Odaların bakıma ihtiyacı var, sahilde iki üç şezlong ve sandalye vardı, daha çok şezlong olmalı. Bütün gün oturmaktan belim ağrıdı.

На пляже несколько лежаков и штук 20 стульев. 6 зонтов. Всем естественно не хватает :(. Отель большой. Завтраки -шведка, но достаточно однообразно.

Огромная территория, очень приветливый персонал, прямой выход к морю, собственные шезлонги, отличный бассейн, возле которого постоянно дежурят спасатели. Рядом магазины, кафе. Выход с территории на 3 стороны, что очень удобно.
