If you plan to arrive after 20:00, please contact the property in advance. A fee of approximately EUR 80 applies if you are traveling with a pet. A vaccination certificate must be presented on arrival and there is a maximum of 1 pet per apartment. The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon arrival. The beds are made on arrival, with the exception of sofa beds. A cleaning kit and towels are provided. End of stay cleaning is included, but you will have to clean the dishes and the kitchen before your departure. Failure to do so may result in charges. Parking rates for the summer season 2025: EUR 32/car/weekGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Brilliant base to explore the three valleys. Fab set up with great staff.
Pros:

Staff especially Gaspard were excellent, attentive and efficient. Best CGH we have stayed in!

3 Stern-Appartment zum 5 Stern Preis
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut. man kann zu Fuß die Piste in 5 min erreichen.

Cons:

- Bei Ankunft gab es keinen Parkplatz, obwohl reserviert. Die Unterkunft hat eine Garage unter dem Haupthaus, jedoch wurde uns gesagt, im völlig zugeschneiten Dorf einen Parkplatz zu suchen...
- Es gibt vier große Hauptgebäude, die beeinander stehen. Wir waren nicht im Haupthaus untergebracht, Sauna und Spa nur über Gehwege (Minusgrade...) erreichbar. Das war bei der Buchung nicht klar.
- Die Fotos sind zwar korrekt, täuschen aber einen viel größeren Raum vor, da extremens Weitwinkel. Wir waren zu zweit im "6er" Appartment, das max für 4 geeignet ist.
- Nichts im Appartment, kein Zucker, kein Salz, kein Öl, Küchenausstattung aber passbel. Alles vorher kaufen und mitbringen, keine Geschäfte in fußnähe.
- Kein Roomservice, im Gegenteil, man muss beim Auschecken selbst aufräumen.
- Die Heizung wird ferngesteuert und ist nicht kontrollierbar. Uns war kalt.
- Möblierung für ein 3*** ok, wird aber als 4**** zum 5 Sternpreis verkauft. Das schlechteste Appartment in dem Preissegement, in dem ich je war (zuletzt davor Val d'Isere, Matterhorn).

Deux semaines parfaites entre confort, nature et panoramas alpins exceptionnels
Pros:

Nous avons passé deux semaines exceptionnelles dans cette location ! L’appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé et parfaitement fonctionnel – idéal pour un séjour prolongé. Les installations bien-être (piscine, jacuzzis, sauna, hammam, salle de sport) sont excellentes et très bien entretenues, un vrai plus pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie.
La station des Menuires est agréable, dynamique, avec Val Thorens juste à côté, ce qui offre encore plus de possibilités. La région regorge d’activités : randonnées, VTT, lacs naturels… Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Coup de cœur pour la randonnée du tour des lacs jusqu’à la Pointe de la Masse : paysages magnifiques et vue spectaculaire au sommet.
Un merci spécial à Laura et à la gestionnaire pour leur gentillesse.
Une location que nous recommandons vivement pour un séjour actif et reposant en montagne.

Cons:

Un petit bémol sur le ménage : un peu plus de nettoyage aurait été apprécié pour les premières locations de la saison d’été. Mais rien de grave, tout le reste était parfait.

mid-sold, terrible, dirty, waste of money - never again

nothing like the advertised property, it’s in need of a major re-fit but worst of all dirty, poorly kitted out

Cons:

disgusting state of the kitchen equipment - dirty old, terrible state of the furniture compared to the advertised apartment, the toilet brush complete with sh@!&£

thoroughly enjoyed the living space and a great location to get around the 3 Valleys
Cons:

The Spa was a major disappointment with the Jacuzzi cold and not all steam/sauna rooms open. the Gym was no better than a broken down home gym. Both an easy fix.

Pros:

Large, nicely decorated apartment with good bedding.
Large boot room with big locker for the family, which makes things really easy at the start and end of the day.
Very nice pool and spa area. Kept very clean.
Good underground parking, which made it easy to unload after a hard drive.
