Fabulous family size apartment in a great location.location, and amazing service
Pros:

Customer service from from front desk was exceptional.
Very large apartment, fab location with ocean views. Extremely good value for money compared to the ‘brand’ name apartment hotels nearby, where I’ve stayed previously.

Cons:

A little dated, and a bit noisy.

Beautiful outlook and central to everything
Pros:

Central location close to supermarkets, shops and many cafes and restaurants. Safe and secure parking.
We had amazing views from our balcony.

Pros:

Great location. Handy for buses both North and South especially the airport. a
Apartment had everything you need including washing machine and drier.

Cons:

A bit tired, and an extra blanket would have been useful. I personally would have liked curtains rather than just shutters.

Superb location, great for families and value for money.
Pros:

The location was superb, close to beach, harbour, shops, restaurants. Very spacious apartment with quality appliances and comfortable bedding.

Cons:

Only a very minor thing, but if guests are staying for a week or longer then a replenishment of amenities would be appreciated.

Location, view and price. Beds were very comfortable too.

Cons:

Very tired, old carpark, marked walls and hard water stains on the shower screens. Not much in the way of cooking utensils, so couldn’t do much cooking. Furniture was a bit tired also.

They upgraded us to a two bedroom .
We didn't use the second bedroom or the bathroom but I think it probably gave us a bit more living area
Which was nice. A great 👌 view too.

Everything you could want in an accommodation for a short family vacation. Especially friendly service!
Pros:

Fantastic accomodation. Spacious, clean, great amenities, great location, stunning views from all rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Whatever you need they'll get it for you. Very convenient but also far enough from busy areas to be quiet and relaxing. Love that there's supermarkets around the cnr but also a nice bakery/coffee shop and 6 min walk from beach and cafes/restaurants. Will definitely be back!

Cons:

Limited kitchen items.. mugs/plates, tea towels. We ran out of dishes throughout the day and there was only one decent sized mug. The rest were tiny. For a family there needs to be more full sized mugs and more dinner plates. There was also no oven mitts so was tricky getting hot food out of the oven.
The other thing is the bedroom tv didn't pick up the visuals on half of the channels for some reason. There was sound but no imagine. This is a minor problem and not a dealbreaker. Will definitely be back!
