Clean, comfortable and friendly
Pros:

Clean and spacious apartment. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We were up for a surf carnival and the staff were more than happy to lend us beach chairs. Great location we walked everywhere in the Coolangatta Kirra area. Great to have ceiling fans as I don’t like sleeping with ac.

Pros:

Great location, very clean room amazing views and really quiet.
Close to public transport, easy to access and very regular schedule.

It was a really nice time
Pros:

The room was spotless and clean, the customer service was excellent, views stunning. Pool was great

Cons:

Nothing to do with the actual accomodation however the neighbourhood didn’t feel the safest. We tried to walk to the 7/11 to get ice cream, just as the sun had gone down maybe 6:30ish and there was definitely a few shady characters hanging around so we ended up just going back into the hotel

Staff went above and beyond to look after us, the location was fantastic, a brief walk to everything needed in both Coolangatta and twee, also ample secure parking on site

A mid-week circuit breaker
Pros:

Location was very good for easy access to the beach, numerous eating choices also within 5 to 10 minute stroll. Apartment clean and well equipped for self catering, dishwasher, full laundry, clothes drying rack. Big balcony with large sliding doors that stack away. King size bed quite comfortable, lots of wardrobe space. Allocated free secure parking, with lift from carpark level.

Cons:

Needs a splash of colour! Everything black and grey muted tones, even a few colourful cushions or artwork would help. Apartment in South tower, so no sea view, probably reflected in price. A screen door at least on bedroom would be good to keep glass door open at night and ensure no bugs, instead of having to lock up and run A/C

Disappointing
Pros:

Close to beach. Ocean view.

Cons:

Air-conditioning not on on arrival - seemed about 38 degrees. Ghastly metal half shades, no curtain in lounge - limited
privacy therefore. TV broken. Shower over bath very dangerous for older persons as half shower screen prevented any option to hold onto anything. Parking very difficult to very small areas allocated.
