We loved the huge self contained apartment with amazing water views. The meals at both Koconut Willy's and Three sixty restaurants were amazing. Also loved the beach walks and fresh seafood place next door. All staff were fantastic.
An Amazing Stay at the Grand Apartments, the view was Best Ever, so calming and relaxing. We will certainly return.

Excellent facilities, friendly staff and amazing views.
The view from our room was awesome. We really loved the whole experience. The kids love the pool and very convenient as the lagoon is just across from the apartment. The only let down is that there's no aircon in the bedrooms as we have to use the fan to blow cool air into our room. The sliding is really hard to open to go in the balcony it keeps jumping off its track. But other than that we were happy and relaxed with our stay.
Overall good clean property for the family. The common property facilities were great. I would be knit picking if I were to mention anything negative about my stay.

On a whole quiet…except on the weekend when the Bar gets a little rowdy! But you get that.

Might just add the bathroom sink is very slow draining…might need a declog…but that the only negative!
Great area with plenty of dining options & fantastic for walking. Unit was a little tired & had an unusual smell which we alleviated with some good quality spray we bought. Staff friendly & accommodating. Free parking was a real bonus.

I booked this for my family of four for days based on reviews but I am happy and will not come back again. On the day of check in, the lady at the reception was on the phone talking to someone, she didn’t even greet me and I was waiting for about five minutes until she finishes her call and got my keys. The unit is spacious but dusty everywhere. For four days and four persons they provided only four bath towels, no hand or face towels. We have brought all our toiletries so that’s not problem to us but everything else was provided very minimum and need to buy if we need more. I have stayed in some roadside motels and they had better facilities & amenities.
The hotel is on the esplanade close to reasonably priced restaurants and an excellent fish and chip shop ,which feeds the pelicans every afternoon at 1:30
We had a terrible "pub" meals roast of the day lamb was poor ,huge amount of chunks of meat almost inedible
The main problem for me was I have a walker and there are no ramps except through the pub dining room or through the car park to access the outside.The lady at reception was quite aggressive when I mentioned it ... not the hotel's responsibility to have a ramp.
When we arrived there were poor directions as to facilities eg how to work fans,and we were not supplied with sufficient dishwasher powder or garbage bags.

The beds were too hard for us, bedroom was cold.The area of the room was very spacious for the wheelchair and wheelie walker for my husband.
The location was perfect and the staff friendly. It has great breakfast/dining options all close by and walking distance. My only feedback there was no quilt on the beds and the thin blankets provided was not ample especially in winter time. Otherwise everything was excellent!
Room and facilities good. Customer service is terrible- from calling to advise late arrival, after hours gentleman, extremely rude. Service at check out was awful - too busy on the phone to acknowledge me standing there. I was the only one there. Won’t be going back
