Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The decoration is beautiful and very well designed, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.
The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything you may need. They were very supportive and provided us with useful information and recommendations, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel is also very clean, and it is clear that great attention is given to cleanliness in all areas. The location is very convenient and makes it easy to get around.
We would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it.

Pros:

Clean, great value for money, complimentary drinks are a nice touch, excellent location, although there isn't automatic room cleaning - its easy to go to reception to get any bits you need or towel replacements!

Cons:

Walls are thin so occasionally we heard the people next door to us
