Rooms not very soundproof. You can hear people talking and snoring in next room

El hotel no tiene uso de playa, solo alberca. Piden mucho dinero y con tarjeta de credito para el deposito, creo es un requisito muy hostigoso.

Quarto simples, cafe da manha cortesia apenas 1 cafe e um pao com geleia. Ar condicionado antigo mto barulhento.

Tudo bem antigo, ar condicionado parece turbina de avião, impossível dormir com o barulho que faz. Não temos contato com nenhum funcionário, somente no check in e checkout. Não há limpeza de quarto durante a estadia, mesmo sendo um “hotel”. Cama pequena e desconfortável 😣.

As well, in line with previous other comments, this room was probably nice 10-20 years ago. The overall aspect was old. Water pressure for both shower and sink was quite poor. And although the personnel was cleaning the room on a daily basis, it was a 'normal' cleaning, so slightly superficial. But furniture, TV, shower installation etc looked like were cleaned last time years ago. Maybe it costs more to do some serious refurbishments, but a proper cleaning of the room (like deep cleaning) it can be done for sure. Such a pity that because of this, some of vacation atmosphere is ruined. At least the fact that I saw previous customer reviews helped not to have a very unpleasant surprise when I arrive. For the price that we paid, again, I expected cleaner room.

Las instalaciones ya viejas ,aparte no ay ningún restaurante o cafeteria en el hotel les falta invertir en el mantenimiento de las instalaciones.

The room was very simple, there were plumbing issues and instead of apologizing- the lady at the reception blamed us for it. The bathroom and toilet were dirty when we checked in. The lady at the reception in the morning was very nice, but the one in the afternoon was very rude.

Konaklama için ödemiş olduğum fiyat oldukça uygun bir fiyat olduğu için zaten konforlu olmasını ya da yeni eşyalara sahip donanımlı bir otel olmasını elbette beklemiyordum ama bu kadar pis bir otel olacağını da asla düşünememiştim. Hayatım boyunca kaldığım en PİS oteldi. Gerçekten inanılmaz. Resepsiyonun camları bile kir içindeydi.
Odada çarşaf, yatak örtüsü, perdeler kir ve leke içerisindeydi. Tavandaki pervanede yılların tozu birikmişti. 2 gece konaklamam olduğu için dayandım aksi halde paramı yakıp kesinlikle çıkış yapardım. Aynanın önünde housekeeping in bırakmış olduğu tip kağıdı vardı ve üzerindeki tarih ocak ayında konaklayan kişiler için bırakılmıştı. O zamandan beri el değmemiş oraya. Gerçekten amerikan korku filmlerindeki lanetli hoteller gibiydi. İnsanı inanılmaz tedirgin ediyor gece huzursuz uyudum. Bir otelin bu kadar kirli, toz içerisinde olması için hiç temizlik yapılmıyor olması gerekiyor.
Check in esnasında tam olarak 5000 meksika pesosu depozito aldılar. Bu tamamen saçmalık. Tulum ve Cancun’da otellerde de kaldım ve en fazla alınan depozito 1000 pesoydu ve bu otele göre çok daha lüks olan oteller.
Gerçekten bu otelin hijyen kurallarına uymadığı gerekçesiyle uyarı ve ceza alması gerekiyor. Böyle bir şey asla kabul edilemez.

Les photos du site ne révèlent pas vraiment l'endroit : pas de hamac dans le jardin, des chaises longues sont cassées, et vue sur un immense batiment n'est pas précisée. Grillage entre le jardin et la mer.

The outside was not very well maintained around the pool.
