Fabulous location and gorgeous decor

Cons:

The staff on reception were not very warm at all except for 1 Australian woman in reception and the head of house keeping, who was so welcoming and lovely.

Best waves in Bryon Bay
Pros:

Clean,friendly staff and the location so close to the beach and restaurants .

Comfortable, convenient and a little bit fancy
Pros:

Location is everything, loved walking to the shops on our street, beach across the road and the underground car parking was convenient. The beds were beyond comfortable, really felt like a holiday.

Cons:

Loved the afternoon wine bar and the breaky snacks.

Great value hotel in the heart of Byron
Pros:

Great location, walkable distance to the town center and beach. Check in/out and parking was easy. Staff were great! Our room was spacious and we had a slight view of the beach. Great value for money!
It was very clean and looked recently renovated.

Cons:

Nothing!
Elevators are a bit old and clunky but that does not distract from anything!

Very relaxing, weather beautiful, enjoyed the beach and restaurants, all within walking distance.
Pros:

We had a Boutique Suite very comfortable. Waves is very close to the beach, great location, close to restaurants and walking distance to all, we will definitely book again.

Good but would have been great if the “didn’t likes” were fixed

Cons:

Fridge in room was leaky and didn’t keep drinks cold, coffee machine was broken in breakfast bar and garage door to underground carpark was not closing or working which made the carpark insecure

Top location in Byron near Main Beach
Pros:

Regular visitor at this hotel. Great location. Very handy for restaurants and bars. Staff are exceptional. Was a late check in and they made sure all OK for key and access after hours. Also very helpful regarding forgotten item.

Cons:

The lift is a bit confusing after hours - special key mechanism.

It was a great location, the reception team were nice but it just wasn’t as clean as we’d like

It was dirty and there was glass on the floor that wasn’t cleaned up before we checked in.
