We had a wonderful short stay , staff were delightful room spacious comfortable and clean.
Pros:

Excellent location a few minutes from the beautiful beach and the shops and restaurants. We left the car undercover and walked everywhere.

Pleasant Waves
Pros:

Very good location close to the beach and the Center. Big room very clean. convenient carpark. complimentary coffee and muffins. nice staff.

Cons:

No breakfast on site. big but very old fashioned bathroom.
A lot of issue with the wifi. Could'nt watch Netflix on our computer.

Nice and comfy just hugely overpriced
Pros:

The stay was decent overall and the place had everything you need for a short stay. The photos online represent the property well and it was a perfectly fine, basic place to stay.

Cons:

The WiFi unfortunately didn’t work during our stay, which was quite inconvenient. It also felt quite overpriced for what it is, the accommodation is fairly basic and doesn’t quite match the price point.

Cons:

The staff on reception were not very warm at all except for 1 Australian woman in reception and the head of house keeping, who was so welcoming and lovely.

Comfortable, convenient and a little bit fancy
Pros:

Location is everything, loved walking to the shops on our street, beach across the road and the underground car parking was convenient. The beds were beyond comfortable, really felt like a holiday.

Cons:

Loved the afternoon wine bar and the breaky snacks.

Great value hotel in the heart of Byron
Pros:

Great location, walkable distance to the town center and beach. Check in/out and parking was easy. Staff were great! Our room was spacious and we had a slight view of the beach. Great value for money!
It was very clean and looked recently renovated.

Cons:

Nothing!
Elevators are a bit old and clunky but that does not distract from anything!

Very relaxing, weather beautiful, enjoyed the beach and restaurants, all within walking distance.
Pros:

We had a Boutique Suite very comfortable. Waves is very close to the beach, great location, close to restaurants and walking distance to all, we will definitely book again.
