Pros:

Very nicely maintained and just like the pictures. I only get to stay 1 night but want to stay more next time.
Staff is very friendly and the surprise morning tea add cherry on the top. Recommended strongly and best location.

Cons:

Like everything except the sofa come bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway, great location and value for money!
Pros:

Great location, right in the heart of Byron Bay. Plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes all within walking distance. Rooms are really big with a nice relaxing bath. The beach is right there too, so no need to worry about a park, you can just wonder down. The staff were really accommodating too. I highly recommend staying at the Waves.

Getting a bit tired
Pros:

It's well located and reasonably quiet, but there's no pool no food although they do provide a basic breakfast which has some decent coffee. Staff were generally great apart from one who could not be bothered looking up from a computer and pointed with her hand where directions were. The rooms are clean if old styled and it's not a bad place really but it needs some painting in some areas.
