Mediocre and musty rooms but nice staff and quiet location
Pros:

Location is in a quiet neighbourhood and close to trains and the free coffee and pastries were a nice touch. Most staff we dealt with were quite nice and accomodating. They were able to hold our suitcases in a secure space for a few hours which was nice.

Cons:

The hotel rooms smell musty and have had mold problems before and you can see where they've painted over it. The rooms smelled like dirty feet. We were even moved into a new room but it had the same problem. The only saving grace was that we were able to open the window otherwise it would have been unbearable. Also there was mold in the shower caulking and the bathrooms were quite tired. You also couldn't fully control the air conditioning which ended up being fine for us but would have been a problem if we preferred a warmer room. The smell was the biggest problem and the staff were very apologetic but I think it is a symptom of poor ventilation and perhaps carpet that needs to be replaced.

Discreto ma con spazio limitato
Pros:

Ottima posizione, a 15 minuti a piedi dal Palazzo Imperiale e circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale di Tokyo, snodo fondamentale per tutti i trasporti. L'hotel si trova nel quartiere di Akihabara, ed è servito da varie stazioni della metropolitana che permettono di utilizzare diverse linee, sia di Tokyo Metro sia JR. La zona è molto centrale ma si è al di fuori del caos di altre aree, come Shibuya o Shinjuku. Il personale è cortese e la camera risulta pulita e fornita di tutte le classiche amenities (kit da cucito, spazzolino e dentrificio, asciugacapelli)

Cons:

La dimensione della stanza è davvero piccola, come segnalato da tanti utenti prima di me. So che la situazione a Tokyo è spesso questa, ma penso che valga la pena segnalarlo. Come viaggiatore singolo non ho avuto particolari problemi a riguardo, ma utilizzando la camera già in due persone si sarebbe stati stretti. Lo spazio a disposizione non permetteva di aprire la valigia in maniera agevole, e manca un armadio. Le pulizie avvengono ogni 3 giorni, compreso il cambio lenzuola/asciugamani. Il letto viene sistemato e rifatto con la stessa frequenza. Particolarità da segnalare: una delle pareti interne della camera da letto è occupata da una finestra che affaccia direttamente sul bagno. Il vetro è trasparente, il che non garantisce grande privacy. C'è una tendina che può essere chiusa dall'interno del bagno per separare le due zone, ma sicuramente è una soluzione non ideale

また来ます。泊まったのは５回目です。快適でよく眠れました。
Pros:

ロケーション。近くにコンビニ、ドラッグストア、コーヒー店、地下鉄駅があり、東京駅からも近い。

Cons:

一部水回りが古くなっているところもあるが、清潔なので気にはならない。
