Cozy, quiet, plus great train views nearby.
Pros:

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Ochanomizu JR station. There is a great photo spot just in front of the station where you can see three train tracks crossing each other. The single room I stayed in was pretty nice—a typical Tokyo size, small and cozy. It had a king-size single bed. Overall, it's a nice, quiet hotel in a peaceful neighborhood.

Pros:

内装が綺麗で設備も良い。写真通りの綺麗さ。ベットの寝心地も良かった。リファのシャワーヘッドは嬉しかった。午後〜夕方まで限定で日替わりウェルカムデザート(スイートポテト)が無料で食べられて美味しかった。ロケーションも最高。淡路町駅まで徒歩1分で、夜はコンビニや飲食店が少し離れているため治安が悪いこともない。何よりスタッフの方々の対応がスマート。荷物預かりや外出後部屋に置いといてくれた。海外の方も多いけど丁寧なコミュニケーションをしてて見てて心地良かった。

Cons:

部屋のソファー部分のシーツのシミみたいなのが気になった。シャワー室のカーテンがやや短いのが気になったぐらい。

Pros:

ロビーにコーヒーマシーンがあって、無料でホットコーヒーかエスプレッソを頂けます。

部屋も「とても広い！」というわけではないですが、ベッドはダブルで広々、テーブルひとつに向かい合った椅子も2つあり、ひとりで過ごすには十分です。

あととても助かったのが、ホテル徒歩5分圏内に24時間営業のドラッグストアが2店あり、ちょっとした軽食や飲み物、忘れてしまった化粧品など手に入れやすく、ありがたかったです。

Cons:

強いていうなら宿泊時アイスサーバーが故障していたので、それが少しがっかりしたぐらいです。
