Language problems with some of the staff.
Pros:

3rd time staying at this hotel, had the same suite as last time. Wont be going back the ambience in the hotel has changed .

Cons:

There has been a lot of staff changeover in the last couple of years, particularly in the evening staff. A lot of the evening staff were not Italian and did not speak English or Italian well enough to understand the words I spoke. They did not understand when I asked for things like "a jug of milk", as I did one evening so that I could make coffee in the room (didnt want the the small UHT pots) and they also struggled to understand the word "beer" one evening. The bar staff did not understand the word "Aperol". Problem is I don't speak Hindi or Tamil so I couldn't communicate properly. Never had that problem before in this hotel. I chose this hotel on the strength of lovely experiences previously, just wasn't the same feeling this time.

Canal Grande was everything you would want from an exquisite Venetian stay. The suite-style room offered a quintessential European ambiance, and the space itself was both elegant and comfortably spacious—making it a perfect retreat after a day exploring the city. In particular, we appreciated the hotel’s seclusion, set just off the main street near the Scalzi Bridge, which provided a quiet and peaceful escape.

Great place to stay, clean, comfortable and good location!
Pros:

The location was great, easy to get to around from the hotel. The rooms were very plush and comfortable and very clean. The staff were so helpful and friendly.
The breakfast was fantastic!

Cons:

Everything was great except some noise from above us. We were on the ground floor and we could hear people above us walking around in their room. Fortunately no one was particularly noisy

Good stay if you would like to stay in Venice city center.
Pros:

Very unique venetian design in the rooms and a unique experience when staying in Venice.

Cons:

Minor inconvenience is the property does not have elevator so you have to manually bring your large luggages up and down.

Pros:

朝食の種類が多く豪華でとてもおいしかったです。またベッドの寝心地も最高でした。駅からは歩いて5分ぐらいです。装飾が素敵ですし、窓も開放できます。部屋は狭いですが、バスタブもあり快適でした。

Magical , Amazing City .. truly worth a trip to see .

Staff are amazing , front desk especially helpful . Hotel location is beyond beautiful like something out of a movie .

I would say we arrived in the evening and the taxi can only get yoy so far due to the little bridges and steps yoy have to take to get over the water .
