This location is so perfect, I would book it again.
Pros:

I love the location, so easy to walk the old town.

Cons:

The place is a little tired, needs a face lift. Also I Couldn't find the breakfast

Great Location, Poor Value! Disappointing on Every Other Level.
Pros:

The location is great. Period. There is nothing else to recommend this hotel.

Cons:

We had two rooms which did not look anything like the pictures on Booking. Not even close. We arrived 2 hours early and wanted to leave our bags. No front desk, just a note on the door to come back at 4pm to pick up the key. One room was on the second floor, up a long flight of stairs, the second room was on the fourth floor--a long haul up even for carry-on bags. The hallways were dirty and smelly, the cleanliness of the rooms were barely passable, and the furnishings were uncomfortable and showed significant wear. We thought the one bright star might be the lovely restaurant downstairs as breakfast was included. The menu for hotel guests was so minimal that you had to order from the restaurant's full breakfast menu to get a decent meal. So no, the breakfast was not included. We had to pay extra. Overall, not a good value for the money and a disappointing experience.

Pros:

Our room had exposed stone walls , old urns recessed into the wall. It was a 2 min walk to the Chateau Frontenac Hotel and lots of restaurants nearby. Parked across the street 24 dollars for 1 day. Breakfast next day was amazing in the restaurant next door. Aboriginal themed with totem poles, canoe hanging lights. Wonderful painting of the owner on the wall. Food was excellent,generous portions and the waiter was very pleasant. No elevator so lots of steps up to the 3rd floor.

Cons:

Very minor problem was not enough light in our room at the entrance where the suitcase was open. A ceiling light would help for sure.

J’étais très excité d’aller passer une nuit dans le vieux Québec mais mon humeur a changé à mon arrivée à la réception. Pas très pro comme accueil, mes questions semblaient la faire rire comme le stationnement, le petit déjeuner ect … des questions tout à fait anodines. Surprise !!! chambre aucunement identique à ma photo, petite et mal entretenue. Retour à la réception pour demander une chambre qui ressemble à ma location . Une autre fois , fou rire de la réception qui me confirme que les photos n’ont rien à voir avec l’établissement et accuse Booking de mettre des photos frauduleuses. Vraiment n’importe quoi .
Qualité prix décevant mais bien situé pour une soirée à la marche .
En bref , je ne recommande pas du tout pour l’établi et pour l’accueil c’est pire !!

Awesome little spot on a budget
Pros:

Amazing breakfast, extremely comfortable bed historical building right downtown, windows opened

Cons:

Air conditioning kept turning off in the night. Our room was 29°C at one point.
There was a soap left in the bathroom not cleaned from last guests.

La localisation est idéale. Le petit déjeuner inclus est satisfaisant.

Cons:

Aucune réception. L’arrivée est un peu chaotique, très peu d’instructions. On doit cogner à plusieurs portes verrouillées. C’est finalement en téléphonant que j’ai pu comprendre comment accéder alors ayez un cellulaire et du réseau!
