Très bien situé à distance de marche de tout.

Cons:

La.l chambre n'était pas du tout comme présenté dans l'annonce. Petite et exigüe, vieux mobilier abîmé datant d'au moins 30 ans. La publicité montre plutôt une jolie chambre avec mur de pierre bien rénovée. Mais en réalité plancher abîmé, plinthe salles. Trou de 2 pieds carrés dans le plafond réparé avec un carton collé peinturé en blanc. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre mais ils ont refusé et nous aurions demandé un remboursement mais tout était complet dans les hôtels autours.

La ubicación era perfecta, salías y estabas en el centro de Quebec
Las camas eran muy grandes y cómodas, no como la habitación.

Cons:

El alojamiento no tenia ascensor y las escaleras eran bastante incomodas, míticas de un edificio antiguo.
El baño olia fatal y era muy limitado, junto con el espacio de las habitaciones, que era bastante escueto.

très bon emplacement de l'hotel dans la vieille ville et à coté des monuments emblématiques à visiter, déjeuné correct mais un peu frugale

Bom custo benefício para estadia curta
Pros:

A localização é excelente, a poucos passos do Chateau Frontenac e próximos a restaurantes. O quarto estava limpo e tinha um bom espaço, assim como o banheiro. Ficamos no quarto 373. O café da manhã foi muito bom!

Cons:

O hotel não tem elevador e as áreas comuns pareciam sujas com um cheiro forte.

Fabulous stay- Great location
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located in Old Quebec City. Very close to numerous restaurants and cafes. Walking distance to many attractions, shopping and historical places. Breakfast was great at the restaurant next door. Very convenient and pleasant service and good food.

Cons:

Wished the coffee and tea was replenished daily. Only 1 room key.

L'hôtel est bien positionné au centre ville. C'est son seul intérêt

Cons:

La réception n'est ouverte que de 10 a.m a 10 p.m. Dans un bâtiment à côté.
J'avais payé pour 2 nuits avec petit déjeuner. Je n'ai pas pu avoir le petit déjeuner car je ne restais pas jusqu'à 10 h le matin.

La salle de douche est minuscule

L'évier est dans la chambre

La ventilation est très bruyante et difficile voir impossible à régler

Le système de détection incendie bipait sans cesse (pile trop ancienne)

Les couloirs sont très étroits

Il est très difficile de se garer à proximité

DO NOT BOOK, DIRTY AND NO AC ikea furniture
Pros:

The property was in a decent location, walking distance from many restaurants and from the Château area. But be aware that parking is quite a far distance and dropping off luggage may not be so successful.

Cons:

From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was frustrating and the condition of the hotel was extremely disappointing. The hallways had an overpowering smell of laundry detergent and fabric softener, to the point that it was uncomfortable. The carpets throughout the hotel appeared extremely dirty and worn, and the flooring was uneven in several areas.
There is no elevator, which is important for guests to know considering the hotel has four floors. Carrying luggage up multiple flights of stairs is certainly not ideal, especially for families, older guests, or anyone with mobility concerns.
The room itself was extremely small and had no air conditioning. The bathroom was even more disappointing. The shower was a very small stand-up shower, approximately 32 inches wide, the shower curtain had visible mould on it, and there were holes and damage in the walls. The bathroom also had a very strong urine-like odour that made the space feel unclean.
Overall, the hotel felt very outdated, poorly maintained, and in need of a serious deep cleaning and renovation. When you are paying for accommodations, you expect at the very least a clean, comfortable and properly maintained room. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.
I rarely leave reviews this negative, but I feel other travellers should know what to expect before booking. I would not stay here again based on our experience.
