An amazing place to stay with so many great amenities. A highlight of our europe travels.
Pros:

Staff was so kind, consistently caring for our enjoyment and providing many free amenities after finding out it was our first time in Mallorca such as many drinks on the house and even in-room snacks. The private terrace with a hot tub was just what we needed after travelling and walking so much in the cities of Spain, and the breakfasts were phenomenal. Will 100% be going back the next time we plan to travel to Mallorca as it was such a wonderful stay.

Cons:

The only minor drawback is that Es Mal Pas is quite far from Alcudia and other areas with many food options, with the bus only running once an hour. This is partly our own fault as we did not want rent a car on the island, but it did make getting a spontaneous meal more difficult as we had to plan around the infrequent singular bus route.

Attention, ne pas venir trop tard au buffet du soir pour pouvoir profiter du choix de desserts.

Super hotel.
Pros:

The room was amazing, staff are friendly and helpful, food was great, heated pool was good, very quiet and relaxed stay, just what we wanted.

Cons:

Nothing, it was perfect for us.

Angenehmer und rundum schöner Aufenthalt

Das Personal war sehr nett, die Anlage war sauber und der Pool sogar beheizt, die Drinks waren gut und das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Ich hatte nur einmal Abendessen mit Barbecue. Das Hühnchen war leider nicht richtig durch und auch sonst war es - im Gegensatz zum Frühstück - durchschnittlich. Ich bin ein paar Tage länger geblieben (4 Nächte) als meine Freundin (vorher 6 Nächte mit ihr zusammen). Mein Aufenthalt alleine hat nahezu so viel gekostet wie der mit meiner Freundin - und leider sogar ohne Frühstück. Das fand ich schade.
