War okay. Jedoch niemals den Preis wert den man bezahlt hat.
Pros:

Die Lage war okay. Schöner privater Strand und in der Nähe gab es eine Bushaltestelle. Jedoch keine Läden für die schnell Verpflegung

Cons:

Trotz des enormen Preises den man zahlt, waren die Zimmer sehr billig und modrig. Die Dusche fühlte sich instabil an und das Zimmer hatte trotz Stosslüften einen unglaublich unangenehmen Geruch. Der Pool sah auch nicht mehr top aus.

Erg vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Het personeel was zo vriendelijk wat het verblijf erg fijn maakte. De kamer in een van de aparte gebouwen was prima, een beetje verouderd maar met een fijn bed, verder normaal qua higiëne. Het hotel zelf vonden we mooi.

Hôtel très agréable, personnel exceptionnel notamment la responsable qui a su gérer au mieux notre désagrément de chambre. Petit déjeuner et buffet du soir exceptionnel avec du choix et copieux.

Das Zimmer hat leider nicht unsere Erwartungen erfüllt, ansonsten war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

- das Essen war fantastisch -> große Auswahl, da ist für jeden was dabei, geschmacklich hervorragend
- super tolle Außenanlage & Hauptgebäude
- gute Tennisanlage, Kosten dafür sind angebracht
- der Service & das Personal war überragend -> sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend
- schöne Gegend
- live Musik an einigen Abenden

Cons:

- die Zimmer sehen nicht aus wie auf den Bilder -> super dunkel & renovierungsbedürftig
Unser erstes Zimmer war eine Katastrophe: nicht sauber, überall tote Fliegen an Wänden und Decken, einige Flecke an der Bettwäsche und Wänden, wie Haare in Dusche, Conditioner und auf dem Waschbecken, leider war auch ein Schimmelgeruch war zu nehmen
Auf unsere Kritik wurde super reagiert, haben ein neues Zimmer in einem anderen Gebäude bekommen, was in einem deutlich besseren Zustand war. Restlich waren wir dann auch zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit.

Trevligt hotell om man vill ha en lugn och skön semester med närhet till fin strand. Man bör dock vara bered att det lig

Fin miljö på hotellet, bra poolområde och mysigt område för frukost och middag. Nära till mycket fin strand. Lugnt område och nära till buss som tog 5 min till stan.

Cons:

Stort utbud av mat på frukost och middag, däremot lite blandad kvalité. Vår AC fungerade inte någon av kvällarna.

Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Ich hoffe und wünsche mir, dass Sie alle fair entlohnt werden. Dieses Hotel lebt von ihrem netten Personal.

Cons:

Der Manager. Kein Hallo, kein Blickkontakt, kein „Herzlich Willkommen, kein „Danke“. Arrogantes Verhalten. Er verdient so ein tolles Personal nicht.

Im Groben und Ganzen ok, würden aber nicht wieder hin aufgrund vieler Kleinigkeiten und das Preisleistungsverhältnis

Lage, Frühstücksbüffet/ Essen ok, Hotelangestellter Guillermo (da er als einziges was drauf hatte), Hotelaußenanlage, Strand in Hotelnähe

Cons:

Schimmel im Bad, Fugen verkalkt, Pooltische kein einziges Mal abgewischt, manche Mitarbeiter eher langsam und unorganisiert, reservierte Liegen - dadurch wenig Platz am Pool
