It was okay.
Cons:

Every single time I left my room my key NEVER worked. Was told by front desk that it was supposed to be fixed. I stayed two nights. Imagine how many times I had to keep going down the elevator to get them to reset my key. A huge inconvenience.

Nice stay
Pros:

Great location, hotel was nice, hotel was very clean.

Cons:

Check in process, I paid before i arrived three days prior and the hotel was trying to recharge me again which I had to show i already prepaid.

I WILL NOT NEVER STAY AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!
Pros:

Breakfast was plain and bland
Simple and not worth the price.
Location was OK
Surrounded by a lot of eating places and Supsr Walmart

Cons:

Bathroom's floor was wet and nasty. Toilet ran water ALL NIGHT LONG. Breakfast was for kids and not worth the money. Did not get contacted by manager/supervisor nor a room upgrade or refund.
No conjoined roos or living room/division like stated online.
It was not what I expected.

Would definitely stay here again, very close to our destination. Had a lot of choices around for food/ fuel.
Pros:

Close to cruise port

Cons:

Bathroom door too close to the commode. Prior guest had left the alarm on, and woke to very static noise. We always set our alarm on our phone.

Clean & comfortable
Pros:

I made the reservation about 30 minutes prior to our arrival. When we arrived it hadn’t hit the hotel’s computer from booking.com. The front desk had absolutely no problem with taking care of me. Within 15 minutes we were in our room! Hallways smelled great, the room was clean & comfortable.

Disappointing
Cons:

The hote is old, so although some things have been updated, it still had the musty hotel smell. They advertise an indoor pool which was a plus while travelling with kids for 10 hours in the car. When we arrived at 6:30 pm, I asked and they said the pool was only room temp (72) and it closed at 7:00 pm. We ran down there and the water was freezing and not enjoyable. Huge disappointment.
