We like the suites but disappointed in this one
Pros:

Location (close to freeway and some restaurants) 😀

Cons:

A bit noisy, the room needed renovation and the bed pillow smelled like a dog had used it. Several things needed maintenance attention ie: doors. Small TV in living room

Very clean, quiet and staff was nice and very helpful.

Cons:

Their printer didn’t work well. It needed new toner or ink. Would’ve been convenient to print what I needed there but had to find somewhere else to print out what I needed.

Cons:

They don’t reply messages sent via booking (not even after 3/4 days). That has created us serious complications during our travel. So, be prepared, should you need help, you are in trouble

Pros:

I love and need the kitchenette in Homewood Suites! The room was clean and perfect for our needs. We travel with our service dog and there was a dog station/area easily accessible.

Parking was limited/full.

Very good overall.
Pros:

I had asked for a top floor room and unfortunately my request was not granted. The guest in the room above us made an excessive amount of noise by dragging a chair back and forth over the tiled area in the dining section of the room. Believe it or not, this went on for several hours. I simply cannot imagine what anyone could possibly be doing for so long. It was terrible and I was really tempted to go up and knock on their door. Unfortunately, we all know only too well, how these kind of confrontations can escalate, so I stayed put. May floor tile is not such a good choice for that area of the suite.
