Nice place, helpful staff conveniently located
Pros:

Nice place to stay, close to town but far enough away! Very quiet, staff was helpful and friendly

Cons:

I don’t like to grip about little things, The couch in the room I was in was a bit worn, we had a kitchen but no dish soap, only dishwasher tablets, we didn’t use enough plates and such to warrant running the DW, but we had no choice but to run it with a few dishes

First time there, just for one night. It full filled our needs. I would stay there again.
Pros:

The hotel is very quiet and clean. Rooms are suites so they are very large. Breakfast is included and was very satisfactory. The location is very good, it’s easy to get in and out. I would stay there again.

Nous avons séjourné au Homewood Suites by Hilton – Palm Desert du 9 au 11 janvier, et ce fut l'un des pires séjours que nous ayons jamais faits.

🔌 Panne d'électricité totale
Dès notre arrivée, il y a eu une panne d'électricité dans tout l'hôtel pendant plus de deux heures et demie.
Aucune solution, aucune excuse valable, aucune compensation.
Le directeur a simplement déclaré que ce n'était pas de leur faute et qu'à leur avis, aucune compensation n'était nécessaire.
C'est totalement inacceptable pour un hôtel de ce standing.

🛏️ Propreté inacceptable : cheveux dans le lit
Lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre, il y avait des cheveux dans le lit.
De toute évidence, le lit n'avait pas été correctement nettoyé, ce qui constitue un énorme problème d'hygiène.
Dormir dans un lit sale dans un hôtel qui coûte plus de 300 £ la nuit est tout simplement inacceptable.

🧺 Blanchisserie : 16 £ volées
Nous avons utilisé les machines à laver :
• Une machine fonctionnait
• La deuxième ne fonctionnait pas, mais on nous a quand même facturé 16 £.

Bien que nous l'ayons signalé à la réception, ils ont refusé de nous rembourser, avec une attitude dédaigneuse et méprisante.
Une fois de plus : « Ce n'est pas notre problème. »
C'est scandaleux.

🧹 Pas de service de nettoyage
Pendant les deux nuits, pas de nettoyage, pas de changement de serviettes, pas de service.
La réponse du directeur ?
👉 « Le service de nettoyage est tous les deux jours. »
Nous avons donc payé une chambre très chère sans nettoyage, sans propreté adéquate et sans service de base.

Everything was great!!
Pros:

Everything was very good at the breakfast buffet. The rooms were much larger than expected. a very pleasant experience. Will definitely stay again!

Was pleasant for a one night stay.
Pros:

Room consisted of a kitchen.

Cons:

Had a stale smell in hallway. Water pressure in shower slow. Breakfast was not the very best, because 1 hour before end most items were not getting refilled. Need more pillows because flat ones.

最后一天一早被外面剪树枝吵醒，靠高速的房间有点吵，房间沐浴露和洗发水都是空的
