Uma estadia melhor do que o esperado.
Pros:

Desde a recepção até os atendimentos no quarto, hotel excelente, quarto com uma vista para praia, atendimentos realizados com maestria. A localização do hotel é perfeita para quem escolhe ficar na região que foi nosso caso.

Cons:

O café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar. Não tem muitas variações e falta opções para pessoas com intolerância a lactose por exemplo, que foi o caso da minha esposa. Precisamos comprar um leite e as opções no buffet também não ajudam muito.

Tudo contribuiu para uma excelente experiência de hospedagem.
Pros:

Cama superconfortável, chuveiro maravilhoso e uma vista linda!

Cons:

Não houve nenhum ponto negativo durante minha estadia. Se pudesse sugerir apenas uma melhoria, seria ampliar um pouco a variedade do café da manhã. Fora isso, tudo foi excelente. Com certeza voltaria.

Precisamos melhorar a receptividade com os hóspedes
Pros:

A vista é maravilhosa,cama confortável,toalhas ótimas.

Cons:

Banheiro com ótimo chuveiro,porém o tampo do vaso era menor que o vaso...muito incômodo.
Outra questão também foi o funcionário que me recebeu na chegada,muito pouco receptivo parecia que estava fazendo um favor por me deixar hospedar no hotel, muito mal educado,quase que desisto de ficar lá.

A localização é boa e o quarto é muito bom, mas os funcionários (tirando os seguranças) não são simpáticos.
Pros:

O quarto em si é bem confortável e toalhas e roupa de cama de qualidade.

Cons:

A antipatia do funcionário que fez o checkin, banheiro não estava totalmente limpo com o box completamente engordurado. O quarto em si era bem limpo, foi só essa questão do banheiro e da sensação de não ser bem recepcionada. O café da manhã chegamos no primeiro horário e mesmo assim pareciam coisas a muito tempo ali e pouca variedade pensando em hotéis com o valor parecido na região.

So much prendido to turn a 7/10 into a 9/10 with just a few upgrades

Breakfast is about as bad as I’ve every experienced in Brasil . TVs is rooms are the size of a tablet . Gyn lm could use a new exercise machine as the one in there now has got to be 30-40 years old
