Excelente hospedagem
Pros:

Excelente atendimento, ótima localização e quartos confortáveis. Sempre relutei em me hospedar devido aos comentários, mas me arrependi de não ter ido antes. Foi uma das melhores estadias que já tive na Barra.

It is unacceptable that I have been asking for my invoice for 1 week through Booking and I have not yet received an answer. The second thing that was unacceptable during our stay was that 1 hour after our check in, another tourist just unlocked our room door and entered, with us inside. When we went to complain, they said they messed up the checkin.

Próxima viagem ao rio hospedarei de novo.

Ja hospedei por tres vezes, a ultima fiquei no quarto de frente para o mar, gostei muito, as outras duas vezes os quartos excelentes.

A única coisa boa é a localização

Cons:

Primeiramente chegamos e tivemos a surpresa de pagar um calção de 400,00, que não foi avisado em momento algum quando fizemos a reserva, somente na hora do checkin. Depois, chegamos em um quarto que o banheiro estava sujo, pia e vidro do box muito sujos!
Após essa experiência, no dia seguinte fomos tomar café da manhã, pasmem, não tinha praticamente nada... Meia dúzia de biscoito e pão de forma, não repuseram os ovos e as frutas... Até café acabou... Quando você reclama, vem um funcionário de cabelo escorrido e fala que é assim mesmo! Surreal!
Tinham três pessoas para dar conta de um salão inteiro lotado!
Sinceramente pagar 750,00 em uma diária para passar esse constrangimento é um absurdo! Não volto nunca mais!! Horrível
