The room is excellent and clean I truly enjoyed myself I can't wait to go to another Hyatt. I use to work at Hyatt in the laundry room 1995.

Bed very comfortable

Cons:

Definitely looked very run down and needs some updating so it appears cleaner. For example the wallpaper in bathroom had a hole and stapled down along edge. Carpet horrible. Ice machine on most floors broken.

Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding far better than what I’ve experienced at other highly rated hotels in the area. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the staff continuously replenished everything so guests could enjoy all the choices available. Complimentary beverages were also included, which was a great bonus.

The hotel feels modern and well maintained. Unlike many hotels that still have old bathtubs showing signs of age and wear, this property features a comfortable walk-in shower. Everything was clean, spacious, and appeared recently renovated. Many hotels I’ve visited still feel stuck in the same style they had 30 years ago, but this one feels fresh and updated throughout.

This is an excellent option, especially considering the price-to-quality ratio, which is very good.

This is the third hotel I’ve stayed at for work in Fort Myers, and I can confidently say it has been the best one. It will definitely be my first choice the next time I visit the area.

Cons:

There was a towel with a hole in it in the bathroom, and the bathroom smelled strongly of bleach. I think adding an air freshener after cleaning would make the space feel more welcoming. Other than that, the place was quite nice.

Pros:

Room was not cleaned and blood was on linens. Hotel is very dated and I will never stay there again. As a loyal Hyatt traveler this was unacceptable

The lunch food was horrible. And they couldn't get the order correct so we just got a refund on the order they messed up more than once because they said the people who were cooking didn't speak English

It was a very pleasant stay.
