The room was clean and comfortable. Loved that we could bring our dog. Good breakfast!

Cons:

Elevators were terribly slow! Washing facilities were not working. Issues with key card too many times.

Pros:

Very easy to find and the breakfast was amazing, a lot of variety to choose from. The room we stayed in was very spacious and clean.

Hotel could be better.
Pros:

Staff were friendly; however, 1. No hand soap or lotion by the sink. 2. No in-room microwave. 3. Dirty mirror over the 4. We could hear road noises and constant noises from others in the rooms around us 5. Nobody answered the front desk phone at midnight. A couple had a loud argument going on from about 7 until after midnight; sometimes spilling out into the hallway. It was disruptive. I called the front desk around midnight to complain and nobody answered. 6. Hot water maker leaked all over the counter (I was careful with the cup) 7. Sink drained extremely slow 8. Lighting to the shower area was so dim it felt I was in a cave with a weak flashlight 9. Rusty towel rack in the shower. 10. Sticky tables in the breakfast area. 11. Watery oatmeal; when I opened the lid all I could see was dirty water. 12. Hallways were very cold.

Mostly a failure
Pros:

Under renovation and many things are less than adequate. Find another place in the area. This was supposed to be a good property with a parent company that is usually of good quality.

Bugs in the bed
Pros:

This property is dealing with a serious beddddbug issue, and the customer service was extremely poor. I had to ask four separate times just to get a crib, which should never happen. When I reported the bedbugs, my concerns were completely dismissed, and management offered no help or resolution.

I’ve stayed at Hyatt properties for years and have never experienced anything like this. This stay was unacceptable and very disappointing.
