Meh not a great stay
Pros:

The hotel and the room were pretty dingy. The front desk person was very inattentive and the hotel seemed to be either dated or dirty. Not a great stay.

Pros:

we had an incident that was unfortunate i went to the ladies bathroom and it was open only to find one of your male employees doing something wrong it was very disturbing to find this activity in your facility i’m an adult and was scared needless to say if a child is put against this situation. what was more disturbing was that the employee did not even discontinued doing the disgusting behavior we reported but security didn’t even do anything about this

Pros:

Cleanliness was horrible. The living room rug and couch are stained with what appears to be pet excrement.

I happened in to meet the manager in the elevator and told him of the situation. He said there was a total upgrade planned.

I suggest that anyone interested in staying here wait for that before booking.

Pros:

Very friendly staff, decent breakfast, clean room but very outdated. Furniture had stains and dings all over but decent stay nonetheless.

The room was clean and comfortable. Loved that we could bring our dog. Good breakfast!

Cons:

Elevators were terribly slow! Washing facilities were not working. Issues with key card too many times.

Great customer service.
Pros:

The hotel was fine. We liked our room because it was roomy and lots of mirrors for hair and makeup. But the highlight was the lady at the front desk named Nesha. She was so nice and helpful and we felt very welcomed. Can’t say enough good about Nesha !

AMAZING SERVICE
Pros:

I can't say enough about this property and its employees.
From check-in to check-out the staff was very friendly.
I had some issues with my reservation, but Curtis straightened it all out for me.
He did it in such a way that was very

The entire front desk was so helpful anytime I needed anything.

Pros:

Terrible location that needs a complete renovation. Used hypodermic needles hiding above the closet. Broken toilet seat. Chewed up bed frame. Generally just gross.
