Very pleasant stay, friendly staff and very comfortable beds!
Pros:

Friendly staffs, room size and very comfortable bed.
Also near metro and railway station.

Cons:

Breadfast is poor not up to 5* Hotel standard and service is poor.

All in all, not bad. Some staff are kind and helpful; at least one staff is crazy with anger issues.
Pros:

Housekeeping lady was nice, concierge was friendly. Jason, from concierge services, was also very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

On level 17, I could hear one of the staff screaming very loudly (perhaps at another staff) behind the door of a staff-only room. I was in shock and looked at the lady walking towards that room. The lady was wearing a black skirt suit and she looked at me and said in Chinese, “没事”, then opened the door and walked into the room with the crazy screaming lady, telling her the hotel guest heard her.

Etwas über dem Mittel. Für mich zählt nur noch die Lage. Wäre aber daher das nächste nach Alternativen suchen.
Pros:

Ich war vor Jahren immer sehr gerne und oft dort. Service, Ausstattung der Zimmer, Größe der Zimmer, Vorallem auch die Lage, war immer super.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat sich in nichts verändert, was bedeutet, das die Ausstattung in allen Bereichen sehr veraltet ist. Starke Gebrauchsspuren. Aber vor allem ist der Service im Frühstücksbereich, Zimmer und die Qualität schlechter gegenüber früher. Ich vermute das es weniger gewordenen ist, da internationale Gäste geringer und das es dem Bezahlsystem ( WeChat, Alipay) , kein Trinkgeld, geschuldet ist. Was im übrigen in vielen Städten festzustellen ist. Nur erwarte ich sowas nicht in solch einem Hotel! Daher stimmt für mich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr.

Pros:

服務人員態度好也很願意幫忙解決問題，房間大、床舒適、安靜、有免治馬桶、夜燈⋯整體住起來感覺很舒服，下次還會想再訂房

Cons:

毛巾有股淡淡的油煙味，味道不太好聞。吹風機風量小，長髮需要吹比較久頭髮才會乾

Nice stay!
Pros:

The hotel upgraded us to a nicer room since we were going to be there for many days and because we were celebrating our anniversary trip. They even left a surprise dessert in our room. That was extremely nice and we really appreciated the gesture. Staff (especially the bell boys) always received us with a smile. Also in the lobby they always had tea, which we really liked. Everyone was helpful and the laundry service was really good too.

Cons:

After many days the breakfast got boring because it was pretty much the same. Also room service didnt have too many options to choose from.

Really good hotel, very clean.
Pros:

The hotel room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Soundproofing which is good. I was also upgraded to another room which was really kind of the staff. The room has a lot of amenities which was really good. Very clean hotel. Also a good location to get to Shanghai sites (few minutes by metro or a 40 minutes walk)

Cons:

WiFi in the hotel is very bad. Also the breakfast did not have a lot of vegetarian options. This was very disappointing. Although the staff were nice when I checked in, the staff at the check in desk the next day were quite rude.
