Great staff, good breakfast, comfortable room. Highly recommended.

Staff was beyond helpful.
The quality of service was high and forwardthinking.
We received many packages during our stay, and staff kept it safely.
Location was good, you can take metro and bus to Main attractions in 15-30 mins.
Breakfast is excellent and there was a huge variety of choices everyday.
Room was spacious and front desk check in/out went smoothly and quick.
Bed and pillows are comfortable.

A great stay with happy endings
Pros:

Location is good, close to the train. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Porters helped us carry our luggage and uploaded/ off loaded them to the cars. Room is spacious and quiet. We got a upgraded room when we arrived, that was a big surprise. Thanks to Henry Wang, you brought my day!

Cons:

We put do not disturb sign on the door handle when we left, and we also mentioned that to the front desk that we would like to keep the room in as is condition. But unfortunately, the cleaning lady still got in and did the clean, although no personal belongings were touched. We won’t complain about the cleaning lady, just thought that the communications among the hotel could be improved.
