The location and cleanliness

Cons:

The front desk lady gave me a hard time can’t remember if her name was Blanca or Bianca but she said she couldn’t find my reservation, she looked at my booking on booking.com and even looked at my email confirmation receipt and still said there was nothing she can do and was trying to make me buy another room I told her I didn’t want to pay another room when I already bought one? So she even made me call booking.com I was on hold for 30 minutes and once they answered she said never mind that she found me then proceeded to look through the printouts of the reservations and made me sign it and put my plate numbers on it but wasn’t that print out there all along? Kinda ruined our evening and made us waste over an hour I was really upset. I’ve always used booking.com and have never had an issue before

Pros:

All staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank the man who was working as a waiter in the restaurant during breakfast. He noticed that I wasn't familiar with how things worked and kindly checked on me several times to make sure I was doing okay. His thoughtfulness and genuine kindness made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I truly appreciate his hospitality, and I hope he knows how much his kindness meant to me. Thank you for making my stay even more memorable.
