Everything was great
It was so perfect and for such a cheap price and we loved everything abt it❤️

All staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank the man who was working as a waiter in the restaurant during breakfast. He noticed that I wasn't familiar with how things worked and kindly checked on me several times to make sure I was doing okay. His thoughtfulness and genuine kindness made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I truly appreciate his hospitality, and I hope he knows how much his kindness meant to me. Thank you for making my stay even more memorable.
Praktycznie wszystko. O dziwo jsk na amerykanskie warunki niezłe śniadanie. Basen ok.
Dziwny system śniadaniowy. Mieliśmy śniadanie w cenie wynajmu a i tak dostaliśmy rachunek za 4 dotosle osoby ( dzieci 13 i 15 lat zostały tak policzone). Daliśmy kupony śniadaniowe i nie kazano nam zapłacić za śniadanie ale mam nadzieję, ze nie ściągną tego dodatkowo z karty. Jacuzzi nie działało
Good location, clean and quiet. Comfortable king bed. Excellent kitchen manager prepared food to order for pickup.
Could not get the television to work properly with the remote
The bed and pillows were very comfortable
We paid $15 per person extra for their breakfast which was advertised as a sit down menu breakfast. It was a Continental and they didn't have any food out. We were told repeatedly at 9:30 that there was only 20 minutes left and we needed to hurry. My husband asked for juice since it was empty and she said she didn't want to put it out since they were in a hurry to be done. We could have eaten somewhere nice for that price. They also advertise all over the hotel a great breakfast when in fact it is just a crappy Continental. It should have been included for the price of the rooms. We should not have been rushed either. The pool was also very cold and smelled terrible. Like stinky feet and chlorine. There were no towels at the pool either. We travel often andi usually like the Holiday Inn, but I would not suggest the one in Yakima to anyone, ever.
It was nice and clean
The key card for our room never worked twice, we had to go down and went through no less than 5 cards during our stay. It sounded like there were street races at night and my sister’s room had cheap mini blinds and couldn’t block out the light.

No real complaints. I'd stay here again and suggest others do as well.
