Pros:

The room was updated for the most part. Location was good right next to highway for travelers. Pool was nice.

Cons:

My original room that I was given, the bed wasn't made. In my new room, the key card opener to door didn't work and the air conditioner was broken.

Would recommend this place to anyone and I would most definitely come back any time.
Pros:

Everything was very good , staff was so nice , loved the room , everything was so clean and fresh.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like, everything was good .

Disgusting place!
Pros:

DO NOT STAY HERE! They picked us up in a POS van that had recently been in an accident. Hotel was very dirty. I understand they were in the middle of a renovation but clearly they needed to fire the contractors for their crappy work. Our room was on the 3rd floor and had been updated however there were shampoo stains on the wall behind the couch, towels were stained and there was dirt on one of the bed spreads. We will never stay here again. The only good thing is that our beds were very comfortable and luckily we only had to stay one night.

Cons:

The pool was gross, the floors were so brown and dirty, the water was pooled up and looked muddy, front desk clerk was rude, pillow cases were dirty, and breakfast was disgusting. Hair in the syrups container, juices all tasted so old and bitter none of my kids (4 kids) would drink them.

Nothing was clean and breakfast was sub par.

The queen needs were ok. That was the only ok thing.

Cons:

The pull out couch was disturbing - sunk in, stained, stinky. It was horrible. The pool was an odd color. Mold in the tub/shower. Our air conditioner had no options to change temp, fan or even turn on/off. The milk for breakfast was slimy. I noticed after one kid had some cereal and prayed no stomach issues. We had to toss our coffee we put milk in. I won’t return or recommend.

Oh, and the lemon water. There was no lemons and you were lucky if they had any water in the jug.

Worst comfort inn
Cons:

Definitely the worst comfort inn I’ve ever stayed at. We chose this hotel because it had a pool. But it was closed by the health department which was disappointing because the kids were excited to swim. At 6 PM we asked for extra towels and wash rags and they told us to come back later for some because they didn’t have any. We booked the hotel for five people and there were only two in the bathroom along with two wash rags. The freezer didn’t even work, which cost me to lose breastmilk I had packed for my infant. The fridge barely stayed cold. The walls were dirty. The floors were dirty. We got a room with a pullout sofa and the sofa wasn’t even usable. You could see the spring imprints through the mattress. Breakfast was the same every single day. Biscuits and gravy, which wasn’t appetizing . Very disappointing.
