The staff, especially the staff at front desk and housekeeping. The location is excellent.

Cons:

Breakfast was charged during booking and not shown in confirmation. Receptionist gave an irresponsible reply when asked about what booking.com shows and what gets printed on confirmation. I don t think they will take any action and booking.com will continue to show free breakfast while booking but on confirmation it will not be there.
