Pros:

Good price for value. Looks like an Indian airline also uses it as stopover Hotel for their Crews which is usually a good sign. Food very good. Try Cheeseburger stuffed kulcha with added Orion/wink.

Over the past eight weeks we stayed at this hotel on three separate occasions, and our most recent stay had to be extended unexpectedly due to the Iran–US conflict, which disrupted travel across the region. Like many travellers, we were unsure how long we would need to remain while waiting for our onward journey to the UK to become possible again.

During this uncertain time, the hotel management and staff were incredibly accommodating and flexible with our stay, which made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to manage.

This was not our first experience here — we have stayed at this hotel several times before — and once again the outstanding staff proved why we keep returning.

It starts with the General Manager, Mr Ashok. Despite his very busy schedule, he always finds time to speak personally with guests and ensure any issues are resolved quickly. His leadership is clearly reflected in the excellent team around him. Kajal, Akash, Rita, Supriya, and three other gentlemen at the front desk whose names I unfortunately cannot recall (my apologies 🙏) were consistently welcoming, professional and extremely helpful throughout our stay.

The restaurant team also deserves special recognition. Chef Sumit ji went out of his way to ensure there was always a wonderful choice of food and was attentive to guests’ needs.

Anil, the F&B Manager, together with his fantastic team — Santosh, Chotu, Jyoti, Tejas, Ankit, Mika and Emisaka — always greeted us with genuine smiles and a warm welcome every time we entered the restaurant.

From management to housekeeping and the door staff, everyone contributes to the warm and professional atmosphere of the hotel.

During uncertain travel times, this level of care and hospitality means a great deal. We are extremely grateful to the entire team and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ahmedabad. We look forward to returning again.

Toilet was too small and the health faucet was not in the right place. It should be on the right hand side for easy use.
