Fabulous Hotel
Pros:

We had a fabulous time and was helped immensely by Selin whose customer service was amazing and supportive.

Beautiful hotel to stay in with welcoming staff and walking distance to a lovely mall. Will definitely stay here again

Pros:

The staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. Breakfast had a good variety with fresh options and friendly service — perfect start to the day. Great central location, close to shops, cafes, and main attractions, making it easy for our family to get around.

Cons:

The room could have been a little quieter at night, but overall it didn’t affect our comfort. A few more child-friendly options at breakfast.
