Pros:

Good location in Heart of city. Great pool area. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Most equipement in gym is broken. Need more attention to detail. Fix. Replace or remove come on management its surely not that hard.

location of hotel is perfect.

Cons:

The Aircondition wasnt very good. changed rooms and still was hot. went for the smoking room.

Overall the hotel staffs are very helpful and always smiling.
Pros:

It’s very near to the mall within walking distance.

Cons:

The room AC is not really cold maybe need to do servicing. The window is dirty , can see the green mold on the glass.

Pros:

The staff were the best, most helpful and i love it. The overall experience and location were good. I'd come again but hopefully they'll fix the ac.

Cons:

It was hot. We changed room, but it still doesn't really help with the heat on the first day. The second day we decided to go out from noon until night to escape the heat. The hair dryer was not functioning well too.
