No breakfast or coffee

The air conditioning unit kept cutting off and on throughout the night making the room hot and stuffy. One of the bathroom towels was dirty. Sink didn’t have working hot water. Everything is plugged into one small bank at one outlet. Pretty sure it’s a fire hazard. No elevator, which was fine, but the upper stairways were so hot!

They didn’t give me the room I paid for the room I got was dirty no microwave in room no ice

The bed sheets were filthy room turn down services regarding that needs improvement. Room TV was disappointing. Cable was pretty bad had to do a manual search through the antenna to get any channels. However the manager was helpful it wasn't a total lost.

So grungy and poorly upkept. Visible stains on comforter. Visible tears and stains on sheets. Crumbling walls. Noisy.

The fact that tv didn't work the sink didn't have hot water I had to walk up three flights and down three flights just to use a microwave that barley worked

The place was not as advertised. The room was on a different floor, and was very filthy with rodent feces on the bed, stains, and broken decor and walls.

this hotel seems to be catering to guests that are very loud and disruptive. When we went to the hotel hours before check-in and tried to use the lobby bathroom, we were let into a broom closet that was also a bathroom and while using it, we could hear the guests in the neighboring room, screaming, and swearing at the top of their lungs for quite some time. we then left and came back to check in around 10 o’clock at night and there was someone in the lobby walking back-and-forth yelling and they would not stop. We could hear the yelling from the third floor bedroom. The staff said they were going to call the police, but after half an hour, we had to check out without getting a refund.
