Pros:

Практически в историческом центре, близко к большинству достопримечательностей. Огромное количество кафе, пиццерий, ресторанчиков и уличной еды. Все вкусно. Отель просторный, номера большие, комфортные, красивые. Здание историческое. Нас заселили на несколько часов раньше, и разрешили задержаться на 2-3 часа, без доплаты✨

Cons:

Не нашли ложку для обуви🤷‍♀️
И ушных палочек. Нет отдельной вентиляции в ванной комнате. Но при этом в номере был крем для лица! И гель для интимной гигиены!
Также не было кофе-машины, только чайник. Две бутылки воды в день входили в стоимость, что тоже очень приятно.

Le lieu est magnifique, très belle bâtisse . La hauteur sous plafond dans la chambre est impressionnante la situation de l’hôtel est idéale et centrale
Chambre très propre et service super

Cons:

Globalement j’ai trouvé que le prix de la chambre est trop élevé. Le lit n’est pas confortable , les oreillers aussi.
La douche de la salle de bain est minuscule
Le petit déj n’est pas foufou ( choix restreint et pas de très bonne qualité)
Les membres de la réception n’ont pas du tout parlé du SPA ou d’autres services dans l’hôtel
Wifi super nul

Bel hôtel chargé d'histoire et idéalement situé
aucun bruit de la rue ne vient perturber la quiétude du lieu
chambre agréable, confortable et propre
personnel serviable
nous avons eu des difficultés avec nos cartes magnétiques pour accéder à notre chambre finalement on nous a surclassé dans une suite pour s'excuser
le petit déjeuner est servi sous forme de buffet très varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts !
si nous devions revenir à Naples (ce qui est fort probable) nous ne chercherons pas un autre lieu

They cancelled our long-standing confirmed reservation a few hours before check in. They said it was because the credit card didn't process but we gave them 3 different cards and this was never an issue for any other hotels booked through the site.

Posizione ottima, cordialità del personale molto professionale accogliente ci hanno aiutato tantissimo, camera spaziosa, prodotti forniti fantastici molto buoni, pulizia hotel e dettagli da favola, la bottiglia omaggio con annesso regalo per compleanno di mia moglie….UNICI.

Cons:

Unico appunto la colazione era si molto fornita di tante cose ma secondo me i succhi sembravano annacquati, croissant e torte varie non freschi a volte sembravano vecchi e senza ripieno, con tutti i dolci di Napoli mi aspettavo qualcosa di più fresco e buono, il resto bene anche i camerieri molto molto gentili.

Not are great experience
Pros:

The hotel's proximity to the old town was its only redeeming feature. Beyond that, the area felt neglected, situated uncomfortably close to a facility for the homeless, which left us uneasy during our walks. Breakfast was mediocre, with leftovers making an unwelcome appearance on our second morning. We avoided dining at the hotel, opting instead for superior options in the old town. The booking promised air conditioning, but conveniently omitted that it was only operational later in the season. The gym, another advertised amenity, was mysteriously closed, available only from Monday to Thursday. Overall, our experience with this Hilton Hotel was far from satisfactory. Also, the price of the drink at the so called bar was way over the top. One drink in was €12.50 and in the town you could get it for €6.00 crazy rip off.
