Le bruit des soirées événements. Faire des soirées événements juste en dessous des chambres sans prévenir les clients, ce n’est pas très correct.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the historic heart of Napoli. Good place to start to explore Napoli
Pros:

Staff - the young lady on the front desk remembered us from when we last stayed.
The desk sorted a suitable taxi to the airport for our party of 6 adults and 2 toddlers (under 2years old).
Having 3 rooms adjacent to each other was a bonus for our stay.
Breakfast was excellent.
Location in the heart of the old town was ideal for my one son and his family for their first visit to Napoli.

Cons:

Not being able to stay longer because of our personal commitments.

An oasis in Naples but BYO toilet paper
Pros:

This hotel is a bit of an oasis in Naples. It is a crazy, interesting city w creative parking and driving. There is trash, dog💩 and a great melange of people (talking). It is fascinating and there are tons of great things to do (Pompeii, Ercolano, Paestum) and the museum Bosco di Capodimonte.

Anyway we stayed here and my daughter joined us. We had a great room w a terrace (nice one). A bit chilly so we didn’t use it. The bed linens and beds were superb (been travelling 16 days so far). Lots of plugs for charging and lots of lights. Nice wood floor. Good towels.

We are tidy so we never have the maid to make beds etc. all we need is loo paper. Our last night we had to ask 3 x before we got it. No one wants to ask for bog roll esp my husband. Anyway that took 3 hours (and my daughter brought a roll).
Maybe there should be a system for people that don’t need the maids but need🧻.

Staff were very cheery & pleasant.

Un Albergo che mi ha aiutato a visitare una delle più belle città del mondo

L'albergo è eccezzionale, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni confort, con uno staff molto professionale. vicinissimo al centro storico. a 10 minuti c'è una fermata di metro, a 15 minuti la stazione centrale. In 10 minuti arrivi a via Duomo, Spaccanapoli, Via dei tribunali. L'addetto alla portineria è sempre stato garbato e ci ha sempre indicato il percorso migliore da seguire per il tour giornaliero

Metterei una macchina per il caffè espresso in tutte le stanze. Da noi c'era il bollitore per il tea.

Quiet, comfortable, central, elegant. Our second time staying there and certainly not our last!
Pros:

We were kindly given an upgrade and it was extremely quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. We opted not to have breakfast simply because there is a DELICIOUS pastry shop called Il Capriccio across the street which offers some of Napoli's best baked goods!
