Pros:

Просторное лобби. В номерах чисто, прохладно и тихо. В отеле есть уютный внутренний дворик. Отель расположен в исторической части города, поэтому до центральных улиц старого Неаполя идти всего несколько минут пешком. При этом отель расположен не слишком близко к ж/д вокзалу.

Cons:

1. К сожалению, основной минус отеля - это персонал, который работает на ресепшне. У нас почти сразу возникла проблема со списанием двойной суммы за проживание. То есть на моей банковской карте заблокировали две одинаковые суммы. На моё сообщение через чат booking.com о проблеме персонал отеля ответил один раз о том, что они не видят никаких дополнительных оплат или предварительных блокировок сумм. И после этого мне никто не отвечал в чате в течение двух суток ни на одно из семи следующих отправленных мной сообщений! Мои неоднократные устные обращения к персоналу отеля приводили к нечетким ответам, различным предположениям, неактуальным рекомендациям обратиться в мой банк, и т.д. Каждый новый сотрудник отеля, с которым я общался, как-будто перекладывал мою проблему на следующего сотрудника отеля. Это чрезвычайно меня раздражало и занимало достаточно много моего времени. Через двое суток со мной любезно поговорила Front Office Manager Г-жа Сколезе, и мою проблему начали как-то решать. И мне даже ответили на мои сообщения в чате booking.com. В итоге излишне удержанную сумму разблокировали и она возвратилась на мою банковскую карту, но случилось это уже после нашего отъезда из Неаполя! Я потерял какую-то часть нервов из-за этого случая. 2. Нам дали неудобный, темный и весьма странный номер вытянутой формы. На сайте я не видел фотографии такого номера. Для того, чтобы зайти в ванную комнату, приходилось подниматься по двум холодным ступенькам мимо входной двери, это весьма неудобно. Возможно в других номерах таких проблем нет. 3. Очень плохо работал wi-fi. При этом в нашем номере прямо на столе стоял включенный роутер, но он не раздавал wi-fi. В ванной комнате сигнал был нормальным, а в другой части номера он был очень слабым (как раз в зоне кровати). 4. Дважды пришлось просить персонал дать нам наборы для ухода за полостью рта. Почему-то их не положили в ванную комнату сразу.

Bad staff and not clean - Would not recommend
Cons:

Unprofessional and unwelcoming reception and the staff in general

Not clean rooms - bed sheets had sticky stains, not clean at all

Waiting for 1:30 hours for them to bring our luggage in the rooms, so we couldnt shower. We had to call them 3 times to ask for our luggage

Hotel erfüllt Zweck für Übernachtung/Frühstück. Zum Wohlfühlen woanders hin.
Pros:

Lage: wie gewünscht zwischen Bahnhof und Nationalmuseum. Nächste Metro etwas weiter zu Fuß, aber noch erreichbar.
Zimmer: guter Schlaf, schöner Blick, gute Klimaanlage bei brütender Hitze.
Frühstück: gute Auswahl.

Cons:

Zimmer: Juniorsuite hatte etwas merkwürdigen Zuschnitt, da aus zwei kleinen Zimmern zusammengelegt. Da kennen wir von Hilton deutlich bessere. Viele kleine Irritationen, da das gesamte Design nicht durchdacht ist, z.B. Schrankaufteilung so, dass man die Kleiderstange kaum für Hosen oder Kleider nutzen konnte.
Personal beim Frühstück unmotiviert Kaffeewünsche aufzunehmen. Wenn nach längerem Warten/Winken eine von uns ihren Wunsch genant hatte: Zack weg! Der andere schaute verwundert hinterher... Am besten auf Personal-Suche gehen, abfangen und klar die Wünsche nennen!
Personal an der Rezeption: Sie waren zuständig für Ein- und Auschecken. Weitere Fragen zu Nahverkehr o.ä. führte zu Irritation und Antworten, denen man anmerkte, dass die Mitarbeiter außerhalb wohnen und keine hilfreiche Kenntnis der Stadt haben.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

This hotel is in a good location as only 1km from the train station. The hotel is lovely and clean and beds are really comfortable, and staff are very friendly. Although we did pick this hotel as it offered as spa which we thought would be really nice to use after long days of lots of walking. Unfortunately this was out of action while we were there, which was a real disappointment. We were told to check each day if it was fixed, but each day we were told maybe tomorrow….

Great hotel with great service
Pros:

The service at dinner in the restaurant was extremely nice. What a very nice jolly waiter we had. The food and wine suggestions he made were excellent as well.
Though the bed was a little hard the bedding sheets etc were of a very nice quality. The service at check in check out was good as well. The man was guiding me for a one hour neighbourhood walk through the map that he gave me. The hotel itself was really beautiful and gives you a luxury feeling.

Cons:

The neighbourhood is not nice at all.
