Unprofessional and unwelcoming reception and the staff in general
Not clean rooms - bed sheets had sticky stains, not clean at all
Waiting for 1:30 hours for them to bring our luggage in the rooms, so we couldnt shower. We had to call them 3 times to ask for our luggage
Clean and comfortable
Very small rooms and the spa wasn’t working which i did. It get the value of my money spent there.
I wanted a credit they didn’t offer compensation.

Lage: wie gewünscht zwischen Bahnhof und Nationalmuseum. Nächste Metro etwas weiter zu Fuß, aber noch erreichbar.
Zimmer: guter Schlaf, schöner Blick, gute Klimaanlage bei brütender Hitze.
Frühstück: gute Auswahl.
Zimmer: Juniorsuite hatte etwas merkwürdigen Zuschnitt, da aus zwei kleinen Zimmern zusammengelegt. Da kennen wir von Hilton deutlich bessere. Viele kleine Irritationen, da das gesamte Design nicht durchdacht ist, z.B. Schrankaufteilung so, dass man die Kleiderstange kaum für Hosen oder Kleider nutzen konnte.
Personal beim Frühstück unmotiviert Kaffeewünsche aufzunehmen. Wenn nach längerem Warten/Winken eine von uns ihren Wunsch genant hatte: Zack weg! Der andere schaute verwundert hinterher... Am besten auf Personal-Suche gehen, abfangen und klar die Wünsche nennen!
Personal an der Rezeption: Sie waren zuständig für Ein- und Auschecken. Weitere Fragen zu Nahverkehr o.ä. führte zu Irritation und Antworten, denen man anmerkte, dass die Mitarbeiter außerhalb wohnen und keine hilfreiche Kenntnis der Stadt haben.
This hotel is in a good location as only 1km from the train station. The hotel is lovely and clean and beds are really comfortable, and staff are very friendly. Although we did pick this hotel as it offered as spa which we thought would be really nice to use after long days of lots of walking. Unfortunately this was out of action while we were there, which was a real disappointment. We were told to check each day if it was fixed, but each day we were told maybe tomorrow….
The service at dinner in the restaurant was extremely nice. What a very nice jolly waiter we had. The food and wine suggestions he made were excellent as well.
Though the bed was a little hard the bedding sheets etc were of a very nice quality. The service at check in check out was good as well. The man was guiding me for a one hour neighbourhood walk through the map that he gave me. The hotel itself was really beautiful and gives you a luxury feeling.

We stayed here in September and used it as a base to site see in Naples, but also to visit Pompei, Sorrento and Capri.
The hotel was conveniently located to get to many of Naples tourist sites on foot, and was a short walk to train stations that we used to travel further afield.
Our room was small but equipped with everything we needed and had a view over the courtyard.
Breakfast was buffet style and had a small selection of continental style dishes. The lack of choice was a mild disappointment, but would have been fine if we were only staying for a few days (we had a week stay).
Service was polite and efficient throughout.
The gym had a few machines and free weights and whilst small was fine for a casual workout to burn off some of the calories from all the wonderful food we ate in Naples.
Nothing !!! Stay away - horrific location. Very unsafe. The description of the area has nothing to do with the reality. Very rough, unsafe and filthy area. Piles of rubbish everywhere and my daughter who is 18 was harassed by men on a Vespa. We checked out immediately and they refused a refund of the remaining nights despite informing staff at check in that we won’t be staying
Location is horrific, they claim it’s close to the historic center but it really does not reflect the reality of what we’ve witnessed and how scared we were. We have complained and booking have contacted them as a serious concern of health and safety when my daughter was harassed, still no response and they wouldn’t refund our remaining nights after we checked out and informed them as soon as we arrived that we won’t be staying
Absolutely beautiful palace! For our family, it was excellently situated next to the old center, providing great access to the authentic old Naples. The suite was perfect for our family.

It was just a little confusing about finding your hotel room, but the staff was very helpful with that
A very poor service. I stayed 3 nights and had all sort of issues: from AC not working, to rooms being chaged (to a smaller one), to room not groomed, to invoce/payment. But above all, people at the front des have no idea how you should deal with 4-stars-hotel guests . Problem and issues may arise. How you cope with them, makes the difference. And when you pay some 250 €/night, you expect (and should pretend) a higher quality. Not to be recommended
We went to naples for 1er time and we booked our stay with Hilton palazzo caracciolo,went we arrived they have a doorman,he was really friendly and helpful,the hotel is so beautiful inside and outside is kind of modern and historic nice blend,front desk staff amazing and helpful keep up the good work,also thank to the porter this guy is a hard worker and amazing attitude always smiling,thanks to management for the good work,the buffet is ok,maybe need a little bit of more variety,the waites on the buffet are really friendly and amazing customer service,thanks to Giovanni and enrico for been so helpful and friendly keep up the good work,overall our stay was pleasant ,highly recommended this hotel
