High level hotel with great facilities. Very clean & well serviced.
Pros:

Quality rooms and bathrooms, clean comfortable beds, interesting views from upper floors on one side of the building. Comprehensive breakfast options. Gluten free bread & pastry on request. Dining available for all meals. Some bathroom extras available on request.
Tea & coffee making facilities in the room, along with iron and ironing board. Excellent air conditioning. Rooftop bar and pool.
Courteous reception staff and efficient check in and check out. Taxi stand across the road.

Cons:

Raised shower recess very slippery. Hotel is trying a bit too hard on green credentials leaving out many bathroom accessories. Only one free bottle of water per stay, instead of per day. Not central for general tourists. Normally the trams run close by but we’re not functioning when we were there.

Great location, not great at anything else.
Pros:

Location excellent. Lobby area clean and welcoming.

Cons:

Queue for check in ridiculous at all times of day. Bathroom sink leaking, childrens bed not set up for them- no sheets or pillows. Bug in our double bed. Had to ask and was not met with a nice attitude. Drinks at pool bar heavily overpriced. Glad it was only one night stay.
