L’emplacement, le petit dej, la piscine et le bar roof top, la literie et la vue.
Singurul aspect cu adevărat pozitiv a fost restaurantul. Atât micul dejun, cât și cina au fost bune.
Realitatea este foarte diferită de ceea ce apare în fotografiile de prezentare. Camera nu era curată: am găsit murdărie și fire de păr, iar atenția acordată curățeniei și detaliilor a fost foarte slabă. Mobilierul era deteriorat, iar lipsa unei ventilații corespunzătoare a făcut șederea și mai neplăcută. Sincer, după experiența noastră, nu înțeleg cum această unitate de cazare a primit un scor atât de mare.
the room was silent (we did have a corner room though), the laminate in the room (vs the carpet that used to be there years back), the coffee and organic tea in the room, the fact that the hotel offered some free drinks for the minibar, the room was cleaned well. The staff at the reception were helpfull. we were there with 30 degrees celcius outside. So it was welcome to have a good airconditioning available in the room.
the bathroom was very clean, however shows a bit dated now. maybe provide some water in the fitness room.
We did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.
The room itself was okay, but considering that the booking clearly stated we were a family of four, I was disappointed that the sofa bed for the children was not prepared. There were no sheets, pillows or proper bedding. I called reception and was told someone would come to prepare it, but they only brought a duvet and left. In the end, I had to prepare the bed myself and give the children our own pillows.
We also had repeated problems with the lifts. You need to use a hotel key card to access the floors, but our card often did not work, meaning we could not even get up to our room without going back to reception. This was extremely inconvenient.
The rooftop pool was one of the better parts of the stay. It was clean and generally a nice place to relax.
However, I was also uncomfortable with the atmosphere around the rooftop bar. There were women who appeared to be actively approaching and flirting with male guests, including my husband, without seeming concerned whether they were there with their partners or families. It made the environment feel inappropriate and uncomfortable, and I was surprised that this behaviour was allowed to continue inside the hotel.
There was also a lot of noise during the night in the corridor, including people arguing and doors being slammed, which made it difficult to sleep.
Overall, the hotel had some positive points, particularly the clean rooftop pool, but the poor preparation of the room, lift access problems, noise and uncomfortable atmosphere around the rooftop bar made the stay disappointing.
The sofa bed for the children was not prepared despite the booking being for a family of four. There were no sheets, pillows or proper bedding provided, and even after calling reception, the issue was not fully resolved. I had to prepare the bed myself and give the children our own pillows.
