Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Pfiffig gemacht mit dem offenen Bad und die Schiebetüren.

Cons:

Der Spa-Bereich ist viel zu klein für die Größe des Hotels. Eine eigene Bar im Spa wäre schön gewesen. Die Saunen sind sehr klein, kaum Ablage, zu wenig Schließfächer. Alle haben weiße Bademäntel, am Ende weiß man nicht ob man seinen an hat. Um abzutauchen und einen Tag dort zu verbringen, zu wenig Angebot. Die Lage des Hotels, dicht umgeben von Büros und Kliniken, jeder guckt jedem ins Fenster.

Schönes großzügig gestaltetes Zimmer, gute Matratze

Cons:

Wenn Getränke angeboten werden, sollte auch ein Öffner da sein um diese zu öffnen .
Heizung und Beleuchtung Paneel funktionierten nur schlecht

Personal war bemüht den Gast zufrieden zu stellen.

Cons:

Personal durchsucht die Zimmer bei Abwesenheit um Raucher zu finden bzw. Um Zigaretten stummen zu suchen um dann den Gast 250 € zusätzlich in Rechnung zu stellen. Das gehört woll zum Geschäftsstelle.

Stylisches Hotel mit personellen Schwächen!
Pros:

Stylisches Hotel ! Schöne Lage am Rhein.

Cons:

Leider das schlecht geschulte Personal. Die Dame vom Spa wollte uns nicht zum Pool lassen weil wir keinen Bademantel anhatten. Hat sich aufgespielt wie eine Grenzschutzbeamte. Danach hatten wir keine Lust mehr zu Schwimmen. Nächste Katastrophe war der Barkeeper. Konnte nicht mal einen ordentlichen GinTonic machen. Glas war viel zu klein. Der Mixer passte nicht mehr ins Glas. Für duesen Anspruch ein NoGo!
