Nicht auf die Fußball WM eingestellt:
An der Bar würde zwar das Spiel übertragen, aber das ohne Ton!
Der Service Mitarbeiter war nicht bereit den Ton einzuschalten, obwohl alle Gäste (!) das gefordert haben.
Ich denke in England wären die Gäste "anders" mit dieser Situation umgegangen.
Ich bzw. meine Firma werden definitiv während der WM+Phase keine Übernachtung in ihrem Haus mehr vornehmen.
Vielleicht überdenken Sie diese Vorgabe noch einmal.

Nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, schöne Lage, leider nicht sauber genug

Wir fanden es super, dass wir zu unserer Hochzeit sehr lieb mit einer Karte und bisschen was zu naschen begrüßt wurden.
Das Personal war zudem überaus freundlich!

Das Frühstück war Mega lecker mit riesiger Auswahl.
Zudem kann man super draußen essen, sitzen, spazieren und genießen.
Wir hatten das Glück, dass wenn wir abends an der Bar waren einer Live Band zu lauschen, dies war auch top.

Cons:

Wir haben uns auch an der Rezeption beschwert wie folgt:
Der Staub. Es ist unfassbar viel Staub.
Zwar wurde uns gesagt, dass das Problem bekannt ist und bevor die Zimmer bezogen werden, noch mal extra Staub gewischt wird. Dies kann ich aber leider nicht glauben, da unter dem Bett zum Beispiel schon Staubmäuse waren…
Zudem hatten wir die Suite gebucht und dies war nicht unbedingt billig.
Leider war sie sehr billig „gestalten“.
Es waren mehrere Dinge kaputt, zum Beispiel der Stuhl, der Tisch und es ging die Lampen in den meisten Schränken nicht.
Zudem konnte man zum Beispiel eine Seite nicht abdunkeln, bedeutet, in der Sommerzeit wurden wir erst mal schön von dem Licht geweckt.
Dann haben wir den Infinite Pool benutzt, da muss ich leider auch sagen, auch wenn der draußen ist, war er nicht so gepflegt wie man sich das wünschen würde, selbst Freibäder sind sauberer.
Dafür war das Fitnessstudio sauber.
Also im Großen und Ganzen waren wir tatsächlich nicht so zufrieden, gerade nicht für das Geld.
Und da wir schon viel gereist sind in unserem Leben, können wir sicherlich sagen, dass günstigere Unterkünfte besser und grade sauberer waren. Leider….

Schlechte Haustechnik, Vorhänge ließen sich nicht schließen, Fenster nicht öffnen. In einer Nacht musste ich das Zimmer wechseln, da sich das Hauptlicht nicht ausschalten ließ

Poorly maintained
Pros:

Nicely located, great views. Clean. They allow dogs.

Cons:

We chose this hotel specifically for its amenities and airco, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. Despite the high price, several basic facilities in our room were not functioning properly.

The air conditioning was broken, and because the blinds did not work either, we couldn't block out the sun. The room became extremely hot, to the point where we had to purchase our own fan just to make it bearable. The fridge was also not working, so we couldn't keep drinks cold, and some of the lights in the room were broken as well.

For a hotel in this price range, I would expect these issues to be addressed before guests arrive. Basic maintenance and upkeep appear to be lacking, which significantly impacted our stay.

Gute Lage, sehr besondere und moderne Einrichtung – alles Geschmackssache - Serviceangebote etwas dürftig

Gute und ruhige Lage direkt am Rhein , gute Lokale direkt um die Ecke

Cons:

Kein Roomservice verfügbar während unserer Übernachtungen
Biergarten hat trotz sehr schönem Wetter keinen Ausschank ab 20:00h - evtl. wegen Personalmangel
Frühstücksbereich teilweise in einer großen, nicht ansprechenden Durchgangshalle
