Sehr gute Lage schöne Bar grundsätzlich sehr schöne Zimmer hatten trotzdem eine schöne Zeit

Wir hatten eigentlich eine Suite mit an Suite Badewanne gebucht aber nicht bekommen. Im Spa fehlt ein Jaccuzi.

Es war ein Mega schönes Wochenende und würden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.
Pros:

Wenn man das Hotel betritt, hat man das Gefühl irgendwo im Süden im Urlaub zu sein. Wirklich sehr schön. Atmosphäre einfach toll. Frühstück sehr gut außer das Rührei . Die Zimmer Ausstattung sowie der Wellness Bereich gefielen uns sehr gut. Auch die Lage am Rhein optisch ein Traum. Nur etwas weitläufig zur Altstadt.

Cons:

Die Flure zu den Hotelzimmern , einfach schrecklich. Und die Jalousien im Zimmer waren sehr staubig.

Wir finden das Hotel sehr überbewertet. Kommen nicht wieder.

Die Lage ist top.

Cons:

Keine Gepäckwagen verfügbar. Restaurant komplett besetzt durch eine Veranstaltung. Minibar wird grundsätzlich nicht aufgefüllt. Die Diva Suite hat keinen Kleiderschrank und es gibt kein Fenster zum öffnen. Die Klimaanlage ist kaputt. Ein Waschbecken verstopft. Wenn die Minibar leer ist und die Bar zu ist, gibt es keine Getränke im Haus, also ab zur Tankstelle, die ist aber auch nur 2 Km entfernt. Das Restaurant macht keinen Zimmerservice und Essen und Getränke darf man auch nicht mit auf das Zimmer nehmen.

Superior Zimmer mit Blick in den Innenhof haben keine komplett schließenden Vorhänge, leider auch das Bedienungsdisplay im Schlafzimmer sehr hell
