Lage: augewählt wegen Tesla Supercharger und Restaurants.

Cons:

Frühstück ist enorm teuer!

Pros:

The property is directly located next to the river. Meaning beautiful views and strolls around the river possible, also good restaurants next to it.

Cons:

We were presented an “upgrade” option of 20Eur per night for a nicer view and room. We said yes to that. Entering the room, we were shocked. Mold in the bathroom, hairs on the bathroom floor, stains on the carpet. Dust in and on the AC (which comes oddly from the floor). We complained, got another room offered. Same there. NOT HYGIENIC at all.
When checking out, I confronted the hotel staff one last time saying I never staid in such a bad “five star” hotel. The answer was shocking from the lady working at the reception”thats why we don’t display any stars anymore”. Rightfully. I think there are better and more hygienic 3 and 4 star hotels, with more value. Don’t fall for the name and popularity of the hotel.

Pros:

Gemütliche Matratze, ruhiges Zimmer, toller Rheinblick

Cons:

Bettrahmen in Zimmer 298 ist sehr abgenutzt und abgeranzt. Das sieht nicht ansprechend aus. Bei der Preisklasse ein absolutes No-Go. Auch der Bartisch hat einige Kratzer und Katschen.

Très bon hôtel 4* ! A recommander!
Pros:

Hôtel avec un parking privé souterrain.
Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et propre.
Petit-déjeuner avec buffet très varié !
La piscine
Le restaurant traditionnel RHEINALM qui sert des plats typiques allemands

On aurait aimé plus de chaînes TV françaises ou anglaises

Very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Very pleasant hotel. Comfortable, welcoming staff, good facilities…rooms of a high standard.

Cons:

Nothing to note.
One comment re location…1hr to walk to Bonn old town….but a lovely walk along the Rhine.

Top Zimmer, alles andere eher weniger toll, beim nächsten Mal suchen wir was anderes.
Pros:

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Zimmer.
Lage ist super, viele Restaurants in der Umgebung, das Steakhouse gleich nebenan ist eine super Empfehlung.
Für uns war der Tesla Supercharger das relevante Argument.

Cons:

Empfangspersonal: eher hochnäsig, wenig freundlich. Nicht kompetent in Bezug auf Parking, wie nun genau bezahlt werden soll. Einmal wurde gesagt, dass im System nun das Kennzeichnen hinterlegt sei und die Abrechung mit der Hotelrechnung erfolgen soll. Bei Abreise wurde nichts mehr gefunden.
Frühstück soll 28 Euro pP kosten, was klar abgehoben erscheint.
Parkplatzkosten sind pro Nacht 25 Euro, ebenso doch sehr teuer.

Super Wochenende in einem klasse Hotel
Pros:

Großzügiges Zimmer, schöne Aussicht auf den Rhein. Der Infinity Pool ist wirklich eine Wucht.
Tolle Terrasse zum Verweilen am Abend. Kompliment!

Cons:

Das Einzige was uns persönlich fehlte, war ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer.
