I stayed here again for work and had my family stay with me. The staff here are all special and always try their best to make us feel like family. I was upgraded to a larger room and provided with everything we could want/need. My son especially enjoyed going to breakfast. Kristen R made him feel right at home and always talked with him. I would rush to work worry free, knowing Kristen was watching over my son. Kristen is such a special person and always goes out of her way to help everyone feel like family. I’m always happy to see her💜.

I stayed here again for work, but had my family with me this time. As always, it was a great stay! I was upgraded to a larger room and received the best service anytime we needed anything. My son particularly loved going to breakfast. Each morning Kristen R greeted us and made sure to talk with my son as I rushed off to work. She truly goes above and beyond making us feel like family. I love staying here and appreciate the special attention Kristen R pays us!

Another fantastic stay at this hotel. We stay here often to ski and absolutely love it. The staff is incredible and so helpful. Suzy at the front desk welcomes us each stay and ensures we have everything we need.

Had the BEST experience over February vacation at the Residence Inn in North Conway. Kristen R, Suzanne, Dennis and Team were beyond helpful with everything our family needed, offering suggestions, coupons, tips and smiles! Our family had a great time mixing up swimming and visiting Cranmore for snowtubing and bopping around the outlets. Highly recommend! Wonderful people! We appreciate you!

We spent Feb 3rd thru Feb 14th everyday was wonderful thanks to a fantastic staff! From Reception with Amanda and Suzy who helped us whenever we needed them. They helped us add 2 nights and add my rewards number and always a smile no matter the type of day they might have been having. The breakfast was always ready with teams of Jim and Sharon and Kristen R and Judy. Plenty of great conversations and always ready to help us out if we had a special request. Our housekeeper Katie M. always cheerful and accommodating with our special needs of training a new service dog. It snowed several inches during our stay. I was pleasantly surprised that our car and all the others had the snow brushed off of them by the staff. During the day they have fruit infused water, coffee, tea or hot chocolate available and in the evening freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. I highly recommend this Inn to anyone looking for a stay in North Conway, NH!

We had a great time here. Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I really want to call out Kristen from the breakfast crew. She was so friendly and was great to our 18 month old daughter

Our family had a wonderful experience here. We loved having a full kitchen in the room as well as the accommodations like the hot tub and fire pit outside.

In particular, we had a great experience with the complimentary breakfast. I am gluten free and Kristen R went above and beyond to help me! If you ask, they have gluten free bagels and muffins available. She gave me a bagel and brought out a gluten free only toaster to help heat it up. They made sure no cross contamination occurred in the process brining it back into the kitchen once I was done to make sure no one else uses it. The muffins were great as well and Kristen was very helpful in making sure I had everything I needed.

Great stay at the Residence Inn. Nice location and about 25 mins to Attitash. Customer service was top-notch and everyone was very friendly. My kids appreciated the cookies after a day on the slopes.

We stay regularly at the hotel especially in the winter for skiing. Staff is great - especially Kristen Roberts and her breakfast staff who works hard to serve daily breakfast every day. Front desk staff is always friendly and housemen are attentive to requests. Amenities like are pool, hot tub and outdoor s’mores are fun, especially for kids. I love the hot tub after skiing. It is great that it’s a pet friendly hotel too, but one small negative feedback is more thorough cleaning of the dog/per fur after fur guests leave. The room we stayed at had a lot of dog hair but the houseman helped clean it after we called. The carpet in the room was worn out but i understand the hotel is going through renovation so hopefully that will be replaced. Overall, it is a great place to stay for our ski trips and we like the location, close to downtown North Conway and restaurants and ski mountains (Canmore and Attitash) of course.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Room was clean. The sofa does need replacing .

Great experience! Clean, welcoming and friendly environment - with easy access to the mountain. S’mores kits were lots of fun! Kristen R. was warm, kind, helpful and a wonderful ambassador for the Marriott brand.

Everything was consistently clean, organized, and fully stocked, which made the whole experience even better.
