Really nice spot for families close to lots of restaurants and activities. The hotel is still undergoing remodeling so the breakfasts are a bit chaotic in an active construction zone. Also, one of the elevators was broken, which made for long wait times. But the rooms were great and the pool is nice.

Property was great! Staff wonderful! Breakfast was definitely a plus! 13 of us and everyone I believe had the same experience.

We came for a softball tournament and the hotel was so incredibly accommodating. They even opened breakfast early so the girls could have breakfast before their games. Kristen R who assisted with breakfast was so friendly and welcoming. Her customer service was top notch and its service like this that makes us want to come and stay again! Thank you, Kristen and thank you to all the staff.

We keep returning to this hotel because we are treated very well here. Kristen always carries personal conversations with us like we are family and we so appreciate her and the staff.

I have been staying here off and on for the past year for work. The staff are amazing and always go out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Even with the huge renovation project, I chose to stay here. You can find comparative hotels nearby but you will not find the same outstanding service and care anywhere else. There are so many examples I can provide but the main one is how the ladies in the morning take care of me. Kristen R always provides me with a weather update and grabs me fruit or yogurt since I leave for work before the kitchen is fully open. She takes care of everyone she sees and goes out of her way to wish you a great day. And if you need anything or have an issue, Kristen will drop everything and take care of it. My daily highlight was seeing Kristen and her side kick Judy💗Amazing staff I consider family now.

Upon arrival we found the hotel undergoing major renovations with no advance warning from the website nor reservation confirmation email. Parking lot and lobby were filled with construction storage containers, vehicles and workers (respectively) and the hotel lobby was filled with noise and workers. One day we were told a new sofa had to be delivered so we left the room for that. As a side note, the room was filled with a very strong fragrance so we had to keep the windows open to make it tolerable. We had stayed there in the past but after this experience we will look for another place to stay.

This was our 4th stay at the Residence Inn, N. Conway, NH...and just like the first 3 visits, we love everything about this hotel, but most especially the friendly and profesiional staff! Patty, Dennis, Kristen and Adell were all instrumental in making us feel at home and well cared for througout our week long visit. The renovated rooms are very nice and the breakfast bar was excellent. Without doubt we will be back for a 5th and more visit to the lovely hotel.

The location was great. The rooms were newly renovated. There was EV charging there. Nice decor and nice outdoor spaces. Price was right.

I just wanted to take a minute to thank you so much for hosting our team during our 10 U softball tournament in North Conway New Hampshire this past weekend. From the planning process with Mary Anne to the friendliness of your staff, the weekend was excellent. The pool was the highlight for the kids & the adults loved the patio area.

I want to give a special shout out to Kristen R. & Judy for their help getting an early breakfast ready for our team. It wasn’t until 8:30 PM on Saturday night that we learned that we had an 8 AM game the next day, I asked the front desk if they could do some kind of modified breakfast for us to feed the kids before we left the hotel by 6:45 AM, the front desk couldn’t confirm it, but did say they’re pretty good about that… I gave her my cell phone number and asked if she could have somebody text me to confirm whether they could do something so I could let the team know. When I woke up at 5:30 I had a text stating that breakfast would be ready early and not just to modified breakfast but a full hot breakfast.

Thank you so much for the extra care and hospitality! If we do this tournament next year, we will definitely be staying at your hotel again.

Recently refurbished. Gym machines were top of the range. Jacuzzi really warm and relaxing. Staff were exceptional. Really friendly and made you feel really welcome. Liked the melting of marshmallows over fire pit. Great location. Highly recommend. Incredible value for money.

This hotel is currently undergoing an extensive refurb so a lot of rooms are out of use. This meant that the hotel had few guests so the pool and lovely hot tub were often empty. The refurbished rooms are fantastic, very high quality and spacious. I was not really disturbed by the work but you might not get a quiet lie.

The location is great. You can walk to the outlets, restaurants, supermarket etc and be in the mountains after a short drive. Most of the staff are really pleasant too and are very welcoming.

My only complaint would be that the self service laundry is expensive compared to competitors. $9 to wash and dry is almost double the standard rate usually charged at Hilton’s and more than double some others I’ve used. Other than the expense, it’s also hard to get $9 worth of quarters.

Overall, this is a fantastic hotel. When the refurb is complete, I can imagine this being the best hotel in North Conway.
