I would not recomend
Pros:

There was no breakfast

Cons:

It said there were pots and pan to cook with but there were none
A lot of fruit flys and slugs
Carpet was dirty floors were sticky

Pros:

When I first pulled up to property smell like marijuana, the whole place was filthy. There was trash back, sitting all outside with junk in it. Our room had food and c*** all over the walls. That's furniture was torn and had dirt and stains all over them.There was rust in the tub.The shelving was painted and peeling The lamps were rusty.The fence were rusting .the floors were so dirty.I could not take my shoes off. I have ton of pictures? I took up the the cushion from the couch and it literally had , toilet paper will poop on it under the cushion.

Cons:

La persona de recepción nunca se encontraba en la oficina, el hotel me cobro de nuevo mi estadia cuando ya avía efectuado el pago y además me percate que la persona de la oficina tomo una copia de mi licencia eso esta bien para mi pero luego a mi tarjeta de débito le tomo una copia eso no es mormal.

Solid value but cleanliness and functionality needs more attention.
Pros:

Spacious, felt more like a small assortment that hotel room.

Cons:

A sign at the street directing to the office would be nice. No nightstand or outlets on one side of the bed. Tv didn’t work. I spilled something in the floor and when cleaning it up realized just how filthy the floor was.

Friend visit from outta state.
Pros:

I love staying here. It's peaceful and the people who work there are amazing!! My friend came from Tennessee to visit and we spent the weekend and we will be staying again!!

I give it a 5 or 6. Decent but not great place. Was worth the $ !
Pros:

Price, location,comfortable! Bathroom and beds were clean.

Cons:

Stained furniture, baseboards, someone was sleeping in beat up car when arrived ! Rooms need painting !
