-Bookings will be subject to a security deposit of £100 when staying in a Studio Suite or a One-Bedroom Suite for a maximum stay of 6 nights.
-Bookings will be subject to a security deposit of £250 when staying for any length of stay in a Two-Bedroom Suite or Executive Two-Bedroom Suite f.
- Any stay of 7 nights or longer will require a £250 security deposit in any suite. The deposit can be paid in advance or upon arrival. The deposit will be released upon departure, minus any incidental damages or unpaid charges. Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for the security deposit to be credited following departure. This may take longer than 7 working days for non-UK bank cards & prepaid cards.
-Supercity Apart hotels reserves the right to make any additional charges to your credit card which may not be covered by the security deposit. You will be notified by email of any additional charges.

Good little apartment, with what you need in the kitchen etc
Didn’t feel particularly safe as a woman alone, the area didn’t feel safe to walk around in even before dark, and even people in building were intimidating - got into the lift to be joined by a group of young men all doing balloons. Gym also quite tired
Excellent location, right in the heart of city next Shopping centres. Great view from 15th floor, secure parking in basement- contact first to secure.

very close to the centre, made sight seeing easy. lots of shops,pubs and restaurants near by which allowed us a choice of various places to eat.very clean no dust anywhere,the room had clearly been hoovered and mopped which was nice! the bed was comfortable,the heating works and automatically turns off, there’s a heated radiator which also works well with no issues.
even though it was quite noisy at times, once the bedroom door was closed and windows closed the sound disappeared. the hotel itself has lots of security, you can open up the main doors, then scan your room key/ be let in by a receptionist, then scan again to get into the doors that go up to the lifts. in the lifts you also scan to go up, as well as scanning to get into your apartment. so it did feel very safe
the security deposit seemed a little bit high, but i do understand that people cause damage so this is justified
the little touches of artwork throughout made it feel homely and cosy. if i ever find myself in manchester again i would definitely stay here
receptionist appeared to use judgment when confirming we wanted one room with a double bed.
the bathroom was slightly out of date compared to the rest of the room but worked with no issues
the big window in the bedroom did have problems with condensation, the windows got very wet overnight and got the bottom of the window ledge wet too. might be the time of year, we only noticed this a few days into our stay,no other problems with the window. we couldn’t figure out the drying rack which was folded up in the wardrobe, it appeared out of shape
