- Any stay of 7 nights or longer will require a £250 security deposit in any suite. The deposit can be paid in advance or upon arrival. The deposit will be released upon departure, minus any incidental damages or unpaid charges. Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for the security deposit to be credited following departure. This may take longer than 7 working days for non-UK bank cards & prepaid cards.

I’ve never given a review this low. Ever.
First impression is that you’re walking into a Gym. Btw only accessible by stairs to the studio apartments.
Beds are terrible. There is no airconditioning so you have to deal with street noise (England football game on our night and trams). Closing the black out curtains stops any airflow so you either have air flow and light noise or not.
Bathroom was smelly and damp.
Honestly the most disappointing place I have stayed.
The comfort the view the lighting how clean it was comfy spacious rooms with tvs in both bedrooms bathroom spotless like everything elce lovely interior staff were so nice and welcoming and reach out of the way to help.
I would without doubth reccommend this property for anyone thinking of staying here.

No Ac and no proper fans
The location was good and the kitchen was well equipped. Bed was comfortable
One of the floor to ceiling windows in our 17th floor apartment had several large cracks in it, which was a bit alarming, being that high up. When we told reception staff, they said they already knew about it. Not great for them to put folk in there, knowing the window was damaged. Some areas of the suite weren't as clean as I'd have expected. Overall cleanliness was ok, but some areas just looked a bit grubby.
The flat had everything we needed. It’s in a good location for visiting the city centre.
The reception staff were very friendly.
The balcony door is a bit tricky to close, but someone from the hotel came to help us and explain how it works. So everything was perfect.
