-Any reservation of 5 or more suites will be considered a group and therefore will be subject to specific terms and conditions depending on the group size. Please note that we do not accept parties and guests must not congregate in any individual suite.

-Bookings will be subject to a security deposit of £100 when staying in a Studio Suite or a One-Bedroom Suite for a maximum stay of 6 nights.

-Bookings will be subject to a security deposit of £250 when staying for any length of stay in a Two-Bedroom Suite or Executive Two-Bedroom Suite f.

- Any stay of 7 nights or longer will require a £250 security deposit in any suite. The deposit can be paid in advance or upon arrival. The deposit will be released upon departure, minus any incidental damages or unpaid charges. Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for the security deposit to be credited following departure. This may take longer than 7 working days for non-UK bank cards & prepaid cards.

-Supercity Apart hotels reserves the right to make any additional charges to your credit card which may not be covered by the security deposit. You will be notified by email of any additional charges.

Bon aparthôtel
Pros:

Nous sommes restés 6 jours dans cet aparthôtel. La chambre était assez spacieuse et donnait sur la rue principale, qui peut parfois être animée (surtout le samedi soir). Un coin cuisine était à disposition dans la chambre, même si nous ne l'avons pas utilisé. La localisation de l'hôtel est vraiment parfaite, car proche de toutes les attractions que nous avons visitées; un magasin se trouve également à quelques mètres.

Cons:

Le ménage se fait seulement après 7 jours, sauf si on paie un supplément.
Les chambres voisines ont utilisé leur cuisine et l'odeur était très forte dans le couloir et avait de la peine à se dissiper.

Cleanliness. Second day found out under bed was extremely dusty, when cleaning several moths appeared and then found same situation on one of the bedroom closet.

Such good views from the 15th floor apartment. Clean and comfortable . Great stay.
