-Any reservation of 5 or more suites will be considered a group and therefore will be subject to specific terms and conditions depending on the group size. Please note that we do not accept parties and guests must not congregate in any individual suite.

-Bookings will be subject to a security deposit of £100 when staying in a Studio Suite or a One-Bedroom Suite for a maximum stay of 6 nights.

-Bookings will be subject to a security deposit of £250 when staying for any length of stay in a Two-Bedroom Suite or Executive Two-Bedroom Suite f.

- Any stay of 7 nights or longer will require a £250 security deposit in any suite. The deposit can be paid in advance or upon arrival. The deposit will be released upon departure, minus any incidental damages or unpaid charges. Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for the security deposit to be credited following departure. This may take longer than 7 working days for non-UK bank cards & prepaid cards.

-Supercity Apart hotels reserves the right to make any additional charges to your credit card which may not be covered by the security deposit. You will be notified by email of any additional charges.

It was exceptional - from the size of the apartment to the location and the amenities. I loved it! We celebrated my partner’s 30th birthday in Manchester, and the staff was SO attentive, delivered goods & a bottle of wine and made us feel extra special. I cannot recommend this place enough, it was probably the best hotel I’ve been to in Europe.

Cons:

Nothing, really. But if I had to be picky, I would say that an extra roll of toilet paper would be nice 😁

Pros:

Good location. Nice, powerful shower and had a Nespresso machine

Cons:

Very noisy from both outside and inside due to doors that banged and pluning in the building. Not really the standard that I was expecting. More like a 3 * than a 4 * experience.

It was a very nice place I won’t lie , I only had issues with the room maintenance
Pros:

The property’s location was very nice and had a nice view . Some of the staff were very good especially there was one black guy . Very good and helpful

Cons:

I stayed for five days and nobody came to clean my room nor changed my bedding even though I personally made a request and my wife also made a request but no body came to clean the room nor changed sheets . The annoying part was that , the cleaners were always around my floor cleaning the rooms of others !

Pros:

The location is superb. We were very lucky to get an upgrade which we did not ask for. This gave us individual rooms for kitchen, living area and bedroom. SO would recommend these apartments for a family or similar.

Cons:

Parking is poorly priced and the car park is very tight.

Great location, very comfortable, good value.
Pros:

It’s a great location. The room was spacious with a great view of the city. It was very quiet during the night. The bed was comfortable. Being able to make breakfast and having a kitchen is so helpful.

Cons:

There was no extractor fan in the bathroom so it got very steamed up.
The loud noise from the restaurant/club by reception is very off putting, but we couldn’t hear it anywhere else in the hotel.
