Our handicapped room and bathroom was large.
Pros:

The location of this hotel was convenient to the Asolo theater where we had tickets for a play. The breakfast was excellent and had enough choices of food

Nai’Jah & Ka’Marie AWESOME TEAM

Our soccer club had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Sarasota, and we cannot say enough great things about Nai’Jah and Ka’Marie. They were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always going above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of.

They helped us with anything we needed, kept things running smoothly, and made our children feel genuinely welcomed. What stood out most was how they interacted with the kids ; they joked around with them and made them laugh, while still maintaining rules and boundaries in a professional and respectful way. They walked around the hotel and made everyone welcomed and if anything was needed from anyone. Which is the first EVER AT ANY HILTON that someone has done in over 30 stays ive had.

Their kindness, positive attitudes, and dedication made our stay one of the best we’ve had. We always stay here, and experiences like this are exactly why. Nai’Jah and Ka’Marie are truly a great asset to the Hampton Inn team, and we are grateful for the outstanding hospitality they showed our families. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Disappointing.
Pros:

We went for youth nationals and front desk checked us in under wrong room. Prices outrageous. They couldn’t figure out how to fix botched check in. Then so much confusion at check out. Manager supposed to call but never did. Never returned my calls. Then manager VM full. Plus hotel could have better upkeep. Super disappointed for the money we spent. Terrible customer service.
