The facility was decorated very nicely.
The highway noise from 95, was loud, during the night the hotel was loud. People slamming doors and talking loudly. Housekeeping came in and made up the beds but nothing else was done. They left the trash, didn't leave clean towels. The key card for the back door demagnitized and the staff that open the door for us walked slowly to come open the door after 6 minutes standing in cold 29° weather. We will not be staying there again. It was not worth the price.
Not a bad HI. The good; It's close to downtown, maybe a 10 minute drive taking either the back roads or the 95. The staff was very nice. Everything was clean. There are a couple of parking spots for vehicles towing trailers. The bad; (and this is mainly aimed at management, and might be specific to room 216.) The platform bed frames had box springs under the mattresses. Mine squeaked everyime I moved and it woke us up. The AC unit had a 'fan always on' button, but it didn't work, and the cycling on and off woke us up, instead of a white noise. And then there was the excessive air freshener in our room. It was a good smell, but overpowering. Someone got a little carried away spraying it around. We really didn't get our usual good sleep at HI's, but I'm not trying to complain. I'd certainly give this HI another chance.
Experience wasn’t bad until the fire alarm went off at 1:29am and the staff didn’t alert us what was happening or why, nor was there an evacuation plan. There was a chemical smell noted, left in the middle of the night. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable.
Fire alarm in the middle of the night, no evacuation plan, beds/pillows were uncomfortable.
Our tv signal went out Saturday morning and although we asked several times for someone to come and look at it no one came. Apparently there was no staff to address the problem 🤷♀️
Great shower
Too close to highway. Staff having conversations in other language. Fire alarm gone off at 3 am, false alarm. No one picked up phone when called front desk. Toilet paper roll would not stay on roller, had to put on top of toilet. Staff with flat personality.
Mucho
Nada
Highway location, convenient to where I was teaching, typical Hampton Inn, nice staff, a bit worn, inexpensive.
Très propre bon lit pour bien dormir
Rien
I mostly like Hampton properties pretty solid stay
Uneventful, I can’t remember much about it
Ease off highway. Clean, big room, nig bathroom
Approached by man on parking lot looking for money. Mattress was comfortable except it was pitched to the middle
