Pros:

My room was clean and we had access to the skyview. It was a short walk to the falls. Bartender Lenny was talented and made an amazing old fashion.

Cons:

My initial encounter with the 1st front desk wasn't very warm. The second staff was very kind and wrote down all information needed to exemplify trip.

Location was great. Room was nice and bed very comfortable.

Cons:

Power went out in the evening and we were left in the dark, had to climb 6 stories of stairs. No compensation. Breakfast was cold. Fresh eggs came out cold.

EVRYONE AT THE FRONT DESK WAS AMAZING GREETING AND ALL

CARPET IN ROOM WAS DIRTY AND RIPPED ... SHOWER LEAKS DOOR DOESNT CLOSE SHUT UNLESS SOMEONE FROM THE OUTSIDE PUSHES IT CLOSED SO WATER WAS ALL OVER THE FLOOR.. NO ADDITIONAL BLANKET IN ROOM
