Room very clean and comfortable. Staff all extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. Restaurant staff very friendly and service excellent
Restaurant closed as occupancy low so had to eat in Brasserie, although both menus were available
The food and staff where great and the rooms was very nice.
Didn't like the fact that its a spa day so when your there for the day all you got to sit on is plastic very uncomfortable chairs! That to me is unexcepetable.in my eyes. Need padding or something
Nice view
Quite old , the plugs on the bed sides don’t work and 2 other plugs on the other side of the room don’t work , the bath plug didn’t hold water and kept draining so I was unable to have a bath
Nice and relaxed
It looks a bit tired in places
All excellent
Nothing
Indoor facilities
Room heating doesn’t work and also i request about several times and they are just saying it will be done soon. I stayed about three or four nights but didn’t happen anything Repair or anything and I stay in very cold weather.
We was a two couple and we request two room together and they didn’t give it to us.
When you sleep in a room people walk in corridor or upstairs in corridor is really wood is noisy and very uncomfortable. You can’t sleep properly. Also upstairs room people work, you can hear all the noise.
Good leisure facilities, pleasant surroundings and reasonably priced.
Rooms showing their age, small tv with no ‘smart’ options, restaurant lacked atmosphere, breakfast was nice enough but incredibly slow as most of the ‘buffet’ items were empty on arrival and took a while to be refilled which was disappointing.
Been twice before and have enjoyed our stays. It has all the facilities we were after in one place.
