Schickes Resort für einen erholsamen Urlaub
Pros:

Sehr schickes Resort. Wir hatten eine Pool-Suite, die sehr geräumig war. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Das gesamte Personal hat eine Auszeichnung verdient…Super!!!

Cons:

Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Es ist etwas abgelegen, aber das wussten wir schon bei der Buchung.

Love this place - we will stay again!
Pros:

Peaceful location, lovely staff, great room size, easy travel to Bophut especially if you rent a car. Pool lovely - I came with my 10 and 12 year old.

Cons:

I’m allergic to gluten and there were very limited options food wise but it was ok - I was able to eat !

The SEVERE lack of attention to detail. No phone in room 2051 yet a memo detailing resort facilities and instructions for guests to call numbers for various services etc - exactly how does one to make that call without a phone, I know no sorcery like that??? Our room 2051 cones with a private pool, yet for a full week they continuously neglect to provide pool towels. It seems they simply cannot comprehend the notion that pool towels and bath towels ought to be separately provided. Room’s coffee machine and kettle can hardly be used because there was no sockets near where they were placed, so you either haul those two appliances across to share the television’s socket, or bring them into the bathroom for the socket. Way to make coffee in the bathroom woohoo!!!! Bed mattress felt saggy, old, and already had permanent impressions / craters under the weight of god know how many guests slept before us. Partner and I woke up to sore backs and necks for a week. It’s honestly not a 5 star resort, tor at least room 2051 is certainly not five stars. Terribly disappointing.

Ich hab mich vor der Reise kurz von den negativen Bewertung auf Booking beeinflussen lassen und bin doch mit ein bisschen „Angst“ im Hotel angekommen. Wie sich nach kürzester Zeit herausstellte - völlig unbegründet!
Der Eingangsbereich des Hotels ist wunderschön, offen und dürfte neu renoviert worden sein.
Das Personal an der Rezeption ist einfach hervorragend und äußerst lieb. Man wird stets mit einem Lächeln begrüßt. Auch vom Security, welcher jede Nacht im Hotel herumschwirrt!!
Das Personal im Restaurant ist sehr herzlich und wirklich bemüht. Hier möchte ich vor allem Chai und Mahel erwähnen! Wenn Sie die Beiden kennenlernen werden sie wissen was ich meine. Sie sind unglaublich interessiert an ihren Gästen und versuchen - ohne zu übertreiben - jeden Wunsch von den Augen abzulesen. Chai hat meinem Mann täglich Tipps gegeben um welche Uhrzeit und an welchem Standort er fischen soll (mein Mann ist leidenschaftlicher Fischer und hatte sogar seine Reise-Angel im Urlaub mit 😄) Er beobachtete ihn fast täglich beim Fischen und freute sich mit ihm über jeden Fang!
In der Früh wenn ich zum Frühstück kam stand Mahel schon bei der Kaffeemaschine und bereitete mir/uns einen hervorragenden Kaffee vor. Ich musste nichts sagen, nein, diese Frau macht das, weil sie es liebt für ihre Gäste da zu sein!
Das Frühstück ist mehr als ausreichend! Spiegelei, Rührei etc. wird auf Bestellung frisch zubereitet, frisches Obst, Joghurt usw. (Auch Wurst - welche man jedoch nicht mit einem europäischen Standard vergleichen sollte)

Wir hatten für unseren zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt ein Zimmer mit Pool. Unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und es gab frische Handtücher.

Der Strand beim Hotel ist wunderschön, äußerst ruhig und man konnte jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang genießen.
Ja, das Hotel ist nicht mitten auf einer Einkaufsstraße und der nächste Supermarkt ist doch einige Gehminuten entfernt - falls man sich kein Moped oder Auto mieten möchte.
Für uns war die Lage also perfekt.

Cons:

Das unsere Bettwäsche in den 2 Wochen Aufenthalt nicht gewechselt wurde. Man benutzt täglich Bodylotion/Aftersun weshalb es toll wäre nach mindestens 5-7 Tage die Bettwäsche zu tauschen.

The beachfront location on Bang Po was beautiful and very peaceful, with lovely sea views and great sunsets. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The pool and beachfront area were great places to relax, and overall it had a calm, laid-back atmosphere that made it easy to unwind.

Cons:

While the hotel is listed as a 5-star property, it felt closer to a very good 4-star experience in terms of facilities and overall finish. Everything was good, but it didn’t quite have the luxury feel you might expect from a true 5-star resort. The area is also quite quiet, so you may need transport if you want more dining or nightlife options.
