The hotel was so beautiful. We had dinner at the hotel and it was very good. Friendly staff all around best hotel.
I can not complain about anything.
The restaurant said it was open on Thanksgiving but was not
The King room was large and very clean.
The drinks were so expensive with little in them. Two 8 oz glass (or smaller) margaritas for $40 and they were below average. Disappointing. Same for the 1925 restaurant.
Very clean and nice
The valet parking was not so convenient they did know where my keys were twice I had to go and show them what my keys looked like.
1925 and the roof top was wonderful
Taxes for drinks are ridiculous
The location and staff were great.
Slightly dated. Hardly any outlets to charge devices.
The hotel is beautiful. Our rooms was comfortable cozy and very large. Bed was amazing and slept great!
There was nothing not to like
The building is beautiful. It's located where I need. Most of the staff were very helpful. And the bed, pillows, etc. were very comfortable.
There are so many little things that would make this property better. Put a soap dish in the shower. Electric outlets to charge devices. Coffee maker that works would be nice. Where was the housekeeping services? And too much construction -- not their fault.
No one helped with bags. Room was not cleaned the second night when we arrived after long day/bathroom a mess. They could not offer bill adjustment since booked thru Booking.com. In house dining facilities not on par with "best" hotel in Tulsa and in fact they did not act like the best hotel in Tulsa! I paid $250/night and pretty disappointed for that much money.
