The bed was not comfortable.
Outstanding building. The staff are amazing!
Absolutely nothing!
Booking gaf aan dat valet parking 30 dollar was maar ze houden 80 dollar per nacht af. Diefstal
The restaurant was excellent, lovely food and good staff
Let the guests know about the parking options before arrival.
Nice hotel great location
Shower still had last persons soap and shampoo
Beautifully appointed. Staff anticipated needs.
Nothing.
Suites are very comfortable, quiet and private. Luxurious enough, but not over the top.
WiFi didn’t work well in living room. No glassware at all, but they did leave bottles of water. If you’re going to have a kitchen, shouldn’t glassware and dinnerware be provided? I told them about these issues when I left.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The staff was great! I loved the coffee shop!
Only bad thing about the property is that almost all restaurants in the area close at 3
The hotel has been restored after decades of neglect- because it is a 100 year old historic site there are compromises to the restoration. the memorabilia that had been used to enhance the hallways and common areas is quite interesting. The staff were generally very responsive especially the valets and bar/restaurant staff. The front desk at times did not answer the phone or put you on hold...and forgot you.
Information provided on Booking.com was inadequate and it was hard to find details on the links to the hotel website. We reserved a suite with full kitchen but no where did we see that the kitchen was not fully stocked. Apparently, you bring your own cookware, plates, glasses, utensils, etc OR pay extra for their 'kitchen in a box" that included the bare minimum service for 2 and cheap pans. Housekeeping did the bare minimum and several time 'missed' our room so we had to wait for service.
They have a penthouse bar and another bar near the lobby. There is a store inside that has another small bar and you can buy Starbucks coffee there too.
There isn’t a whole lot to walk to nearby but there is a Vietnamese restaurant that you can walk to in under 5 mins that has good food.
