It was ok
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. The staff were lovely

Cons:

The kitchen chair broke when I sat in it . The view from our window was yuck and the carpark took me to a building across the street from my hotel, so I couldn’t just get lift I had to get lift walk to next building and then get lift to my apartment

Pros:

Close to Chinatown, close car parking, two king beds in compact 2 bedroom was a great surprise. Washing machine and small kitchen meant great value for money.

Cons:

Drain cover in shower too low (not level with floor), not a huge issue but painful when stepping on drain edge. Powerpoints were very dirty which wasn't nice to see. Not a big disappointment as we didn't have time to swim but I didn't realise the pool was in a separate building. Beds could be more comfortable, could tell the king beds were 2 king singles joined together.

It did the job for our group for 4 days but we couldnt do much more. Friendly staff

Pros:

Great general facilities for the building including pool and sauna and spa.. Apartments were well equipped. Location was great and central.

Cons:

The steam room wasn't working and no one was even fixing it during stay. The first room we were in had a loud and noisy air con and we were moved into another room. The next room didn't have basic kitchen equipment for the level of kitchen - ie. No knife or chopping board and the dishwasher wasn't working and full of water. Thankfully the staff rectified this and got us the stuff we needed and during the stay fixed the dishwasher.
