Please note that all bookings receive 1 starter pack on arrival containing tea/coffee, bath towels, bath mat, soap, tea towel, cleaning cloth, dish-washing liquid and powder. The following amenities are not included but are available at reception for an additional charge: hand towel, face washer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, laundry powder, scourer and tissues.

One lift locked out on most days
There pans and pots were small not family sized
Washing Machine didnt work properly
The dishwasher didnt wash anything in stacked in the corners so had to run cycles only half full with everything in the middle

Pros:

Lovely staff, very clean facilities, beautiful room

Cons:

Need some sort of ventilation in the bathroom other than the open window because when its hot outside it's like a sauna and the pool area too is suffocating with no airflow or ventilation
