Please note that all bookings receive 1 starter pack on arrival containing tea/coffee, bath towels, bath mat, soap, tea towel, cleaning cloth, dish-washing liquid and powder. The following amenities are not included but are available at reception for an additional charge: hand towel, face washer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, laundry powder, scourer and tissues.

I won't be coming back.
Pros:

What breakfast? I brought my own.
Location was awkward for mobility issues.
Disgusting charging $32 for one night's parking.

Cons:

A bed that didn't feel like a slab. USB port or adapter in room.

Summer stay
Pros:

Location was great and street parking available free after 12pm Saturday!

Cons:

Only one air-conditioned for whole apartment and initially it was not working, had to turn off switch at fuse box and back on again. Air did not reach any other room except lounge room.

Not much to be fair

Affordable, basic accommodation - with most things you need for a short self-sufficient stay.
Pros:

The apartment had most of what we needed for a comfortable stay - comfy bed, good shower, kitchenette and location was ok. Its in the CBD and walkable to main streets. Affordable and quiet.

Cons:

The bedroom had no window - which was ok but the balcony was a little box with no view and high walls all around. People obviously smoked there. The set up in the kitchen was a bit random - pots and pans but no spatula for cooking, no sharp knife, limited cleaning stuff. Some of the bathroom supplies ran out.

Pros:

Were upgraded to a larger room, room was spacious and modern. Great location to explore the city.

Cons:

Booked due to having parking available. Wasn't able to locate the parking initially as not clearing marked and had to find a space on the street and go into reception to get further details.

Pros:

So good to stay in a little flatlet and even be able to cook.
We got help from the very friendly young woman in reception when we couldn't get the tv to work- we're not all tech litterate.
Also very good to be able to park on the premises !

Cons:

Although it was possible to cook, a little more equipment would be good, like a small saucepan for boiling eggs or a dish that could go into the oven.
A manual for the oven would also be good, to let you know that it would only work if you used the timer.
The little flatlet was clean and tidy, except for the windows/ doors to the balcony. Perhaps a window cleaner every so often, youcan't clean a window with a duster.
