Great for a stop over
Pros:

Great location and the staff were super friendly. Also a great place right near the pier to watch sunrise

Cons:

There was a sewerage issue when we stayed due to uncontrollable weather which added a smell but the hotel staff did what they could in their power to help us

Pros:

Great location,spacious , comfortable and clean room. Lovely view over the océan.

Cons:

The restaurant was very cold. The staff were hard working and efficient but we were cold and had to sit in our coats as did many of the other diners. It did spoil our otherwise pleasant evening

Beautiful Kingscote location. Water views from the restaurant are unbeatable.
Pros:

Lovely room. The hotel has three buildings - we were in the apartment building. Very quiet. Great shower. Lovely dining at the restaurant and beautiful spaces for a cozy drink. Close to the supermarket.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything in Kingscote for what we needed. Enjoyed our meal at the restaurant.

Cons:

Lack of car parking for the new section close to the rooms. We weren't sure where we needed to go for our check in, there was nobody around to ask and no signage. For check out there was nobody at the desk. In both instances we had to wait.
