Cons:

The hallways needed to be vacuumed. There was always empty glasses and trash outside people’s rooms. Also the line for the coffee machine in the morning was too long. You should have two machines.

Very comfortable hotel with views over the ocean.
Pros:

Had a room with views over the ocean, nice sitting on the balcony. Staff very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Judging by ashtrays on the balcony, looks like they allow smoking? Its a shared balcony, so that would be terrible. We didn;'t experience it, but would have adversely affected our stay if it had happened.

Cons:

Une annexe avec une réception fantôme rendant l’atmosphère lugubre , vous devez faire le check in à la réception principale.
Serviettes de toilettes le premier jour salies , taches noires , signalées au staff.
Tout est disproportionné dans cet hôtel : buffet concentré sur peu d’espace alors que la salle est grande , bar énorme alors qu’il n’y a personne et qu’à partir de 20 h ils commencent à fermer.
Mais comme c’est pratiquement l’exclusivité du coin voire de l’île pourquoi se casser la tête pour rendre l’endroit plus convivial ?

Essendo la nostra luna di miele ci hanno fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino pregiato e dei macarones squisiti. È stato un gesto importante ed emozionante che ci ha fatto la differenza oltre alla ottima cucina presente in loco.

Terrible service and an attitude that made us feel like we were a nuisance rather than paying guests.

We arrived after a long day and asked the staff to heat up food we had brought from home because we have specific dietary requirements. They refused. Apparently, even a small request was too much trouble.

Then we were given an accessible room that did not match our booking, without anyone bothering to tell us. We had to deal with their mistake while also looking for somewhere to heat our food. Staff claimed there were no other rooms available, yet somehow another room became available at 10:00 pm. Hard to trust what you’re being told after that.

Breakfast was another unpleasant experience. We asked for fried eggs because of our dietary requirements, and the cook gave us a disapproving look as though we had asked for something outrageous. The cook even said “fuck” after hearing our request. We ended up feeling uncomfortable just sitting in the dining room, as if we were the problem.

If simple requests are such a burden, perhaps hospitality is the wrong business for these staff. We paid for a comfortable stay and basic respect, and this hotel failed to deliver either. We would not recommend it.

Charming hotel with a great location.
Pros:

Everything ! Amazing location, comfortable bed and pillows. The shower and amenities were very good.
Restaurant was very good with local produce used.
Staff were very helpful

Cons:

Having no lift to the 1st floor, but we did know about this in advance. Receptionist did offer to carry our bags.

Is difficult to control the tap when one is hot and one is cold at the basin area. Should upgrade this tap for more comfort. The shower is also difficult to control to the right temperature.
