The room was spacious, well furnished and perfectly clean.
I liked the complimentary nibbles and water, nice touch

Cons:

Room was upstairs, it rained and the stairs were slippery. The whole place had a motel vibe with the cars parked in front of your door

Great short visit to Mercure Barossa Valley. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, refurbished room. They provided snacks and a half bottle of local wine. Breakfast was great and the coffee sensational. All staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

Cons:

The restaurant was closed on the night I stayed and there was no local taxi service. The hotel is a long walk from town and I was tired. So I bought dinner from the local service station. Instant noodles and a packet of chips.

The room was modern and clean

Cons:

Breakfast was sometimes horrendous and noise from upstairs was very frustrating a very loud booming from people walking in the apartment above. Would recommend only booking if you can get a top floor.

Parking spaces way too small for anything other than a mini minor.
