Cons:

Not enough in room service information. Maybe letting your guests know when picking up key about about room service. We requested extra coffee but never received it, had to go to reception twice and get clean towels as well.

Don’t stay on a weekend

Would stay here again!
Pros:

The place is in a perfect position and had everything we needed for our weekend break!
The breakfast had plenty to choose from!

Cons:

The bathroom smelt a little when we first arrived but this cleared after putting the fan on for a bit.

Excellent - we’d definitely stay again
Pros:

Lovely room that was very clean and comfortable. Excellent shower with good water pressure. The complimentary snacks and wine were a surprise and a nice touch. The wifi worked well which wasn’t the case with some hotels in Adelaide CBD.

Cons:

The only reason for not rating 10 out of 10 was that the walls seemed paper thin in that we could hear the guests in the rooms next to and above us.
