Pros:

Location is excellent.
Complimentary wine and nibbles. 🙂
Comfortable large bed.

Cons:

I think the owners could improve the view from the rooms by creating a garden in the large open area to the Nth of the building. Even mowing the grass would help.

Nice location but too far to walk to town. Room was ok, hot breakfast was awful
Pros:

Nice room, comfy bed, good bathroom. We had a fantastic steak in the restaurant.

Cons:

No fly screens, window was open and room was full of moths. Supposed to get a call when room was ready, never happened. 'hot food' at breakfast was on bench and stone cold, bain-marie was not used. The toaster was warm and needed 3 cycles to toast bread, knobs had been removed so couldn't be adjusted.

Great location in the middle of wineries. Comfortable stay with good room size and facilities

Pros:

One bedroom apartment facilities were modern and good. Comfortable living area, bed and large bathroom.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit dirty, the TVs were useless, tried getting Kayo (and other TV apps) to work but nothing could be loaded and half the time the TV would just be an unresponsive grey screen.

Check was farcical. No arrange to made to let guest know that reception closes at 4pm. Had to ring emergency AH # and then key dispenser did not work other couples same problem.
Whole thing smacks of something between don’t know and don’t care.

Beautiful apartment in the Barossa
Pros:

Beautiful well appointed room. We had the 1 bedroom apartment. Was excellent. Heaps of free parking space. Beautiful large bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Big TV's. Restaurant/bar was great on-site, breakfast was average ... luckily included in my tariff. Walking distance back into main town. Wonderful location to visit the barossa region.

Cons:

Was allocated a room on checkin that was not what I booked. Was much smaller and half the price. Not sure how a mistake like this was made. Was rectified when pointed out. Was questioned about included breakfast each day. Initial request to check in early was dismissed by the girl on reception. No offer to store luggage or suggestions on how to fill in time was just told to come back after two. Very disappointing welcome after an interstate flight.
Other than these little hiccups... still had a great stay. Highly recommended.
