Pros:

Staff were excellent 👌...Parking easy which I like.... Room was Nice too ....

Cons:

The only comment I would make is the coffee pod machine doesn't switch on or work ..And the shower just couldn't get working hot...so cold shower 😩

Had workman knock the door down to do work in the room while I was having a nap, no apology from desk staff
Also old blood on bedding and hair all over bathroom and toilet

Staff exceptional best of any place I have ever stayed. Fantastic breakfast real value for money. Great choice and good quality

Cons:

Some areas need a freshen up with paint and new curtains. However, staff said that there was renovation happening soon.

Great location, would stay again
Pros:

Beds were comfortable, parking onsite was great staff were friendly and buffet breakfast was nice

Cons:

Parking spaces weren’t allocated to rooms
Shower heads aren’t ideal for 6foot people
Rooms were a bit dusty especially under beds

Staff were rude (also witnessed an interaction with another guest and was shocked at their dismissal and helpfulness over an issue! Disgusting!) no help at all with parking after being told they were full, 1 lift working and was extremely slow. 10 min wait just to get down to the ground floor! No bath mat in bathroom. Face washer and towels stained. Can hear everything from the room above and rooms next door!
