Pros:

Location near free city tram line and cheap extra nights accommodation

Cons:

Beds were small, lumpy and soft, high climb outta bath for shower. Toilet didn't flush paper completely. No window for air and noisy road outside

As long as there are no walk-in showers I will not be recommending staying here.

Not having walk-in showers!
Showers over baths are high risk for slips/falls especially for seniors.
Reception seemed very disorganised on our arrival, did not have up to date/correct booking details, however after several days & with help of Christine it got sorted.

Great Budget Hotel on the edge of the city.
Pros:

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I like that the hotel was sustainable and offered $10 off their dinners for each night that you didn't use housekeeping. Unfortunately we only stayed one night so could not redeem this offer.

Cons:

The noise - there was no soundproofing. You could hear the traffic in the morning and other guests entering and exiting their rooms. The shower was also annoying to turn on with a button as it was over a bath and sprayed in your face.

Overpriced for the freshness of the rooms.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was great.

Cons:

Dirty stain on the doona, dirt and debris under the bed, torn carpet, cupboard door and bath screen both came off the rails. Mould in the bath. Needed a paint!

Apart from safety issues was adequate accomodation.
Pros:

Didnt have breakfast but dined in evening and was enjoyable

Cons:

A safety issue with show over bath -no mat on bottom of bath to prevent falls and bottom of bath was very unsteady and slippery

Relaxing stay in Adelaide at the Terrace Hotel. Will definitely return
Pros:

The room was spacious and the beds n pillows were so comfortable. Also liked the location and how helpful the staff are nothing is too much to ask

Hotel loss , Dockers won

Was very over priced , 1 lift for 11 floors , other broken and apparently had been for sometime .. Asked for clean towels after placing in the bath to find they had been taken out off bath and refolded.
Came back from gather round Friday night, to be greeted by a very abrupt reception male staff member , to be told to hurry up and choose something out of the fridge as he had a report to finish.
We found medications on our room floor, obviously from previous guest .

The only positive was the breakfast

Cons:

The room was dirty, bathroom mouldy, the body wash bottle in the shower was empty. The second lift was out of order so the wait time for the lift was insane. The increase in price due to gather round was pure extortion. The woman at the front desk was rude. Only 4 pillows provided for 2 double beds and they were extremely uncomfortable as was one of the beds. Overall, it was an absolute disaster.
