Hotel was good. Staffs are friendly and quick with communication.

Cons:

At Breakfast i asked for Tomatoes and the guy said they didnt grow this Year. Was he taking the Piss.

Who says that

Aircon very old and loud Car park was full and wasnt imformed you could use the adjacant car park aswell

Raining so I had to go move the car to the other car park or i wouldve got fined the Bloke at reception told me who was a bit rude about it 1 Lift working had to wait way to long to go up or down Lots of angry people

Average. I have stayed at better for the same price.
Pros:

A nice quiet spot close to the Adelaide city centre

Cons:

One lift was out of action and only left one working lift. Wait times were long for the lift.
Car parking was terrible, especially since we paid for parking and struggled to get a park.

There for Specialist and location is perfect for it.Close to CBD

The house keeping is a bit of hit and miss.
The bed making ability needs a bit more attention as with the bathroom cleaning.

Very disappointed
Pros:

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Room was dirty, floors had not been vacuumed prior to our arrival, hair on beds
There was a cold breeze coming through the balcony door/window, could not see any sort of seal, so much breeze that curtains were moving when closed
Beds on wheels, no locks, not ideal for children
TV remote did not work
Plug for bath did not fit, therefore water did not stay long enough to enjoy
There was dirty underwear which were not ours in one of the cupboards - proof rooms are NOT thoroughly checked or cleaned
Staff were rude on arrival and departure
Room facilities mention a coffee maker along with photos, no coffee maker in room - photos provided of room are extremely inaccurate and mis-leading
Rooms need to be upgraded or renovated
We got 1 milk in the fridge for a 2 night stay for 4 guests
Had to pay to park in the motel carpark ($15 per night) - this is ridiculous and should be included in the room charge
One lift was out of order so we had to wait a long time to get to our room everytime we left and came back
Upon leaving and whilst waiting for the lift a staff member was taking dirty linen into their 'staff only' area of which we seen was absolutely putrid, rubbish all over the floor, along with cutlery, towels etc - not to mention in the carpark there were FULL linen trolleys just sitting out in the weather with some scattered throughout obviously from the wind
Again, upon leaving whilst waiting to check out the reception area floor was being mopped all while many people were standing around to either check in or out - major safety hazard
I am extremely disappointed with our stay
We will never be coming back nor recommending this motel to family and friends

Very disappointing bad hygiene, blanket was dirty with blood stain. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. No internet & No TV connection.

Pros:

After spending over $280 for a room, paying for parking on top was average. We parked on the street.

Wanted a afternoon beverage- no bottle openers in room. Only 2 coffee sachets- no biscuits or pod coffee and the bath plug didn't fit and while having a bath the water leaked out.

Cons:

Beds were comfy

Heater worked well

Room was clean and comfortable

The beds were amazing as always. Our stay with young children is great due to the playground located across the road.

Cons:

The person who checked me in was extremely rude to me and the other worker he was working with. I had asked him to stop and he continued to speak rudely to me and question me about available funds in my bank account. There was a lobby full of people and funds were not an issue. His understand of what I had said was the issue and he caused a lot of embarrassment for me.
