Fire alarm false alarm in the middle of the night. Only one lift working, which was annoying for a room on the 11th floor.

Good location, easy parking
Pros:

Location for my work purpose
Could drive straight into car park much better

Cons:

-Strong smell of cigarette smoke even tho I was in a nonsmoking room
-compared to my last stay, this room was quite run down and older, not as clean . Stray long dark hair on wall in shower, no proper cover on electrical outlet by bed
-fire alarm incident - no communication from hotel staff at all was disappointing

Good fringe location
Pros:

We attended a fringe show dinner there so it was very convenient to stay there it is also a 30 minute walk to the main fringe areas which is also great. The facilities were very good with very helpful and welcoming staff

A terrific stay worth the money
Pros:

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful with any enquires. The receptionists also asked if you would like to book the buffet.

The staff also clean the room daily to ensure you have a great stay
