Location. Space and light in room. Twin size beds very good.
Bedside light didn’t work. Fridge didn’t work. Initially TV didn’t work. Room not serviced first day. If advertising balcony they should have some outside furniture. We stayed 5 days, bed linen should have been changed. Shower only half working. Most of water went into bath

Booked for 4 people, only supplied 2 towels, one of which was horrendously stained 🤢 tried to call concierge & the phone didn't work! So took the gross towel with me down stairs & had to get 3 more.
Second lift isn't working, so long wait time just to get upstairs - appears no option for stairs, only fire escape?
All pillows were high & very firm. My children used the cushions!
Coffee pods in room, no pod machine
The room was filthy and the bedding was minimal
Car parking was good, Hotel quite central as we were there for the fringe, tram stop close by.
Parklands across the road
Unfortunately a lightening strike took out the power of the business, when power returned the lifts didn't.... The staff did the best they could do, they did inform us & gave the choice of a full refund to cancel, to short notice for us.
The Terrace has 11 floors, we were on the 6th floor & stairs were the only option.
The staff did the best they could, were quite apologetic, we got free car parking and they offered us breakfast next morning.
Would still recommend, these things happen.
Good hotel but the lifts broke down and they couldn’t be fixed for 2 days! This was unacceptable as I had to walk 6 flights of stairs with sore knees.
Also the dining room was shut in the evening for Fringe Festival acts, forcing me to go out and find a meal after a long day of travel.

Good location always stay here when in Adelaide but will not be again
The storm put the lifts out of order but there was no offer of compensation for having to carry lots of luggage down 6 flights of stairs . The tv also didn’t work I asked to get it fixed but apparently no maintenance on a weekend 🤬she did say a staff member would look at it but that did not happen .
Friendly helpful staff and a great bed and shower made for a great stay.

Too many things to count. Should be compensation for a dirty room, no housekeeping , no tv , and no lifts had to lug bags down flights of stairs but still pay top dollar

The room was fine with an OK view. The balcony was a little tired.

The stay was comfortable enough and there is options to eat close enough - 500m - Central Market is 3 tram stops away.
Close to free tram - access to beaches and city.
Felt some of the staff lacked knowledge of local transport - Free tram - we use to live there so we were ok.
Balcony was tired.
Lacked cutlery basics - no toaster - 1 cup - 1 glass - limited to 2 coffee pods. there was 2 of us. no use supplying a coffee machine if no pods available.
