Breakfast was average quality.
We ate around 8.30 and the food was cold, the bacon greasey
Nearly everything
Lack of clear signs Don’t drink the water signs lacking at sink. Where are the receptions needs better signs. Where is the restaurant signs.
Otherwise fantastic though quite expensive.
The location was great. The 'glamping' tent was nicely laid out. We had dinner at the restaurant on the last night and the meal was perfect [we both had the Porterhouse steak].
I don't think that there was anything I 'didn't like' about the whole experience. I would go there again, but for a little longer stay.
It was a great place to stay at Wilpena Pound with lots of walks directly from the location.
We didn't eat breakfast there.
We enjoyed the dinners although not huge but on our third night we felt the serve of fish was extremely small - it just came on a scrape of sweet potato mash and not even a salad or anything and only a very small piece of barramundi

Great location and so glad we stayed in the park itself so we could hike easily and have easy dinners without needing to drive. Had a great stay.
Only thing about the stay was the cleanliness of the room! The bathroom desperately needs bleaching, orange soap scum on the tiles in shower area. Floors needed a vac and surfaces also felt grimey. The bed was comfy and the sheets and pillows felt clean but the quilt/top sheet covering the actual quilt did not seem clean, having marks and loose hairs on it. If it were clean, I would have rated the whole stay a 10/10 but paying $400 odd per night, I personally expected spick and span and a bit lux.

The lady in the National Parks Information Office was not very friendly / helpful / engaging when we were enquiring about walk options. Seemed like it was an effort or interruption for her to share her knowledge with us. I think her name was Larissa.

The room had a musty smell and some mould on the bottom of the curtains. There had been a lot of rain in the weeks before our visit and this room clearly had water damage that they had tried to clean up.
Lovely place to unwind!
It would have been nice to have more choice with meals either on menu or in the Cafe. Coffee in Cafe wasn’t very nice.
