Highly recommended.
Pros:

I felt at home as soon as I arrived. The staff were all so lovely ( special shoutout to Sam). The property is beautifully presented, the location is great, and the breakfast is fantastic. Congratulations to Hannah for creating such a peaceful, beautiful oasis.

Cons:

It's not a complaint, but a full-length mirror would be handy.

Brilliant and so very swish - perfectly kept manor and clean and tidy beyond spectacular.
Pros:

Everything was laid out perfectly from the bedrooms to the breakfast room. Staff were very helpful and polite. The location is in a quiet part of Ballina but very accessible to the major shopping strip.
Just a warning that everything is electronic with keypads and some older travelers might find it a little disconcerting.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike except their coffee machine had broken down

Well certainly stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone.
Pros:

The ambiance, quietness and that it wasn’t generic like many other hotels. It was spotless and attention to detail with regard to decor. Breakfast was just perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful.
