Our stay up at the Gold Coast was fine in the things we did. .

Location was close to all the theme parks directly across from the beach. Jenny was helpful in resolving an issue with the fridge.

The dishwasher is disgusting and the smell when you open it is because it has mold.

Size and location of the apartment.

Cons:

The apartment was very tired. It has not had a coat of paint since it was built. It would take very little to improve the place and make it look fresher and therefore be a more enjoyable place to be in. Whoever owns this apartment please please spend some money and give the apartment a fresh look.

Nice stay but probably will not stay again

well equiped spacious unit. across from beach. Well kept grounds

Cons:

bit of a walk to where we wanted to go. Car park was very tight. Lucky there was no car in the next spot. Unfortunatly there were young boys often in the pool, unsupervised, who were very loud and disrescpectful to other users. Stairs only

2 Night Stay in Unit 3 A.
Pros:

Walk to the Broadwater across the road. Spacious unit, good kitchen with all you need. The pool was lovely.

Cons:

Unit was tidy but not particularly clean. Mouldy curtains played havoc with asthma. No extraction fans in either bathroom. Could use a ceiling fan in lounge room to save using the air-conditioning.
