A relaxing holiday in a nice environment
Pros:

The pool was excellent, heated and big enough to swim laps. The location was handy across from the Broadwater Parklands with playgrounds nearby and safe swimming spots for kids. We had a 3 bedroom apartment which is on the top floor and there is no lift but we managed. The apartment was roomy and we had 2 car spaces which was handy. I would recommend this for families - it's not super modern but was very clean and respectable and affordable.

More toiletry amenities.

A comfortabel relaxing stay.
Pros:

Great spot for a relaxing holiday. If you have all your groceries, you could park the car and not drive anywhere during your stay. park across the street. Short walk to morning coffee/breakfast, and some nice restaurants. Great fish and chip shop there too.

Cons:

I wouldn't call the pool heated. But was nice. Outdoor table was a fold up bunning table but served the purpose. The apartment could you use a deep clean.

Easy to check in, water front. The apartment is spacious.

Cons:

A bit run down, the light in the lounge wasn't working, the dryer knob and the bathtub plug were both missing, no tissues, no paper towels etc.

Good size apartment, handy location across from the Broadwater. Secure parking.
Pros:

Has a nice pool. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great undercover secure parking. Spacious apartment with a laundry.

Cons:

Apartment was on the third floor with no elevator. the Apartment was clean but dated and some of the furnishings are getting a bit shabby.

easy to book and staff were accommodating and helpful, reasonably priced, good location
Pros:

Cons:

bed quite uncomfortable, kitchen lacking some equipment and utensils, pictures off the wall on the floor no lift to apartments on upper floors makes it difficult with luggage

It was so dirty! Fan didn’t work in main room, shower head broken in main bathroom and the power tripped multiple times in our unit. No trays to use in oven just a piece of foil.
