Fantastic gem of a hotel that made my stay in Brisbane
Pros:

Super friendly staff. Terrific location as it’s so central but not in the cbd (which I stayed in too and it was noisy). There are lovely cafes in the immediate streets. My apartment room had everything and was really quiet.

Pros:

Front desk staff very warm and had great local info on dinning options . Bed was amazing comfortable and the room was modern and spacious .

Clean accommodation in a good location
Pros:

Our room was lovely and clean with everything we needed for a nights stay. Staff were polite. Hotel in a good location to walk across the story bridge. Parking was provided with the room which is quite rare in the city

Cons:

Probably would have liked a little more milk, we were not provided with a hand towel to use in the bathroom. This didn’t affect our stay. Overall it was a nice place & I would definitely stay here again

Pros:

🏨 일 몬도 부티크 호텔 — 1박 후기

브리즈번 여행 중 캥거루 포인트 근처에 있는 일 몬도 부티크 호텔에서 1박을 했습니다.

2층 객실을 배정받았고, 예약 옵션에 **‘stair only access’**라고 적혀 있어서 처음에는 계단으로만 올라가야 하는 줄 알았는데, 실제로는 엘리베이터가 있어서 편하게 이동할 수 있었습니다.

👍 좋았던 점

1. 기본 슬리퍼가 제공됨

앞서 묵었던 숙소에서는 슬리퍼를 따로 요청했는데, 여기는 객실에 슬리퍼가 기본으로 준비되어 있어서 따로 요청할 필요가 없었습니다.

한국처럼 실내에서 신발을 벗고 생활하는 데 익숙한 사람이라면 이런 부분이 꽤 편하게 느껴질 것 같습니다.

2. 넓은 욕실과 욕조

객실은 원룸 형태였고, 화장실이 생각보다 넓었습니다.

특히 욕조가 있어서 좋았습니다. 여행하면서 하루 종일 돌아다닌 뒤 욕조에서 편하게 쉴 수 있다는 점이 마음에 들었습니다.

3. 테라스가 있어서 좋았음

객실에 테라스가 있었는데, 밖이 적당히 보여서 답답한 느낌이 없었습니다.

높은 층은 아니었지만 테라스에서 바깥 풍경을 볼 수 있다는 점이 좋았습니다.

4. 기본적인 편의시설은 잘 갖춰져 있음

드라이기가 있었고, 샴푸·바디워시·비누도 제공됐습니다.

다만 치약과 칫솔은 제공되지 않았기 때문에 개인적으로 챙겨간 것을 사용했습니다. 필요한 분들은 미리 준비하는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다.

5. 주변에 뷰 좋은 카페가 있음

다음날 아침에는 근처 캥거루 포인트 쪽에 있는 조이시 카페에 다녀왔습니다.

뷰가 꽤 좋았는데 음료 가격도 비교적 저렴한 편이라, 부담스럽지 않은 가격으로 좋은 전망을 즐길 수 있었습니다.

호텔 주변에서 아침에 커피 한 잔 하면서 풍경을 보고 싶다면 한 번 들러볼 만한 곳이었습니다.

⭐ 총평

1박만 머물렀지만 전체적으로 아늑하고 편하게 지낼 수 있었던 숙소였습니다.

특히 넓은 욕실과 욕조, 테라스가 마음에 들었고 기본 슬리퍼가 제공되는 것도 편했습니다.

무엇보다 캥거루 포인트 주변에 있어서 다음날 아침 근처 카페에서 좋은 뷰를 즐길 수 있었던 점도 좋았습니다.

1박 정도 브리즈번에서 분위기 좋은 숙소에 머물고 싶다면 괜찮은 선택이었다고 생각합니다.

🤔 아쉬웠던 점

1. 이불을 너무 빡빡하게 넣어놓음

조금 사소한 부분이지만, 이불이 침대에 너무 빡빡하게 들어가 있어서 처음에 빼기가 꽤 힘들었습니다.

정리 상태가 깔끔한 건 좋았지만, 실제로 사용하려고 하니 조금 불편했습니다.

2. 배정받은 숙소 층이 낮아서 탁 트인 개방감을 느끼기는 어려웠습니다.

Great location, clean & comfy rooms with friendly staff.
Pros:

The location was great, walked to everything we needed to do. Rooms were a good size, very clean & comfortable, nice balcony. Friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

The pool being at the front of the property by the footpath and road.

Very enjoyable as the Lions thumped Adelaide.
Pros:

I was in a room on the third floor, with a sizeable bed. Everything in the room was in excellent condition. Chris at reception was, as always, very welcoming. Il Mondo is opposite the Story Bridge Hotel and a very good cafe and is in an excellent location as a result.

Cons:

At the price, it would be very hard to do better in Brisbane than Il Mondo. I have been staying there for several years when I go to Brisbane to see the Brisbane Lions at the Gabba. The round is about 1.2 km away and within reasonable walking distance with the Pineapple Hotel on the way.

Fantastic service, location, room and price.
Pros:

Great location and big clean room with a balcony and river view. Above and beyond what we expected for the reasonable price at such a central location. The restaurant next door was fantastic and it was as easy walk over to Howard Smith wharfs for our function. Chris at the front desk was very welcoming and was nice to be greeted by a smiling face.
