Was good, except for paid parking on top of room rate

I was glad to leave & will never return
Pros:

Nothing comes to mind other than the location being good

Cons:

Rude staff knocking on my door accusing me of things I have not done. The drunk with 3 feral children tried breaking into my room by breaking the lock on the outside door of my downstairs terrace. As a single female I did not feel safe.

Nice but noise made it not so good
Pros:

Close to shops, clubs, and restaurants. The room was nice

Cons:

Down with what appears to be permanents who were noisy and smoked a lot.
Maybe not put people close to those in the future.
Remote had no batteries

A budget location with safe parking & easy access to Namadgi
Pros:

Great location if you're visiting the national park and want to cut 15 minutes off your commute each way. There's $8 parking or there's free parking nearby if you don't have too much luggage to haul. It's right off a main road and close by a mall with most things you could need, but no traffic or noise on the street. It backs onto the bush with views of trees, and a kangaroo came to visit. The aircon was good, the shower was hot and I slept fairly well.

Cons:

The wifi wasn't strong enough to post on social media, and the room was missing some key things like a bathroom bin or a hand towel. They only clean rooms every 3 days so I wasn't able to get a new bin bag or a fresh bath mat, and there just wasn't enough available to keep the space clean and dry.

Plus there's basic maintenance and care issues like a constantly running toilet that didn't flush properly and plumbing that was so loud it woke me up at all hours, power points that didn't work, mugs that didn't hold liquid and leaked, the closing time is listed incorrectly on this website, etc.

Beside the 2 OHS issues i enjoyed my stay
Pros:

Great location, great and very comfortable bed

Cons:

There was a lip of about 1" between the floor and the toilet/bathroom floor (big tripping and stubbing to issue) and the floor in the shower very slippery (ohs risk assessment needed)

Pros:

Mostly went well, but I was not advised on arrival that I would have to put out a sign to have my room cleaned.
The room did not contain any sort of wardrobe to hang dresses.
As I am short (142cm) I was unable to reach high 'shelves' in bathroom to pull down a towel or hang it back up when used.

Has been a comfortable stay for me, my elderly mother and our dog.
Pros:

Great location, dated rooms needs a good clean!
Pros:

Close to Basketball Stadium.

Cons:

First walked into room it smelt moldy/dirty. Bathroom shower area has small areas of mold in it. Room urgently needs an update.
