Great location near the football club, aircon good
Change to carpark fees from zero to $8 per day for no reason as it is not a secure carpark underground . Tried to charge me even though the fees changed after booking, but when I challenged it, they decided not to.

Good bed. Everything was clean. Large window. Light and bright. Good window coverings.

Nice room and close to shops and nature. Very clean and comfortable bed. Great access to the club next door and the Tuggernong shopping district. Excellent parking and access. Good value for money but could have been nicer.
A comfortable chair other than a table chair would be nice. As a result there was nowhere to sit and read other than on the bed. Very noisy water pipes in the room next door when the neighbours had a shower. The old Carrier air conditioner sounded like a UFO about to take off (SciFi nerd). It wasn't loud but was a tad annoying. The buffet breakfast was not worth the money. Walk across the road to the shopping district. I don't think I would stay here again.
I was really disappointed. I can’t say that I did like anything about the property. Apart from the location was okay but I’ve stayed in Tuggeranong/Greenway a lot and I tried this place out and I will never ever return. For the money that I spent because I had to be Upgraded as the booking was wrong money would’ve bought me somewhere much better more comfortable with way better facilities. As a very well travelled person I cannot believe the state of this motel in a capital city. I’ve stayed in better facilities in less wealthy countries and paid a lot less as well as Greenway itself. severely disappointed.
Room stank of cigarette smoke.
Showerhead kept on falling down and could not tighten. Hand basin tap would not turn off, had to put a face washer in the sink to stop the noise of a dripping/running tap all night, booked online a queen bed with a kitchen, when I turned up, we were given two single beds without a kitchen went back down to Reception and was told I had to pay an extra $80 to upgrade. I looked online and the current price was actually cheaper than when I booked so ended up paying an extra $280 more than what I should have. I could’ve got a higher class accommodation for the price that I ended up paying. Very dissatisfied and I never complain, and I’ve never done a review because I’ve always been happy with accommodation as I am well travelled.
Location.
The fridge was too small. We were expecting a kitchenette like we have had twice before not knowing that the Adobe had changed location. We were also expecting some plates, utensils & a toaster. Disappointed.

They allowed young people to play extremely loud music all night, scream and yell. Security was called in on multiple occasions. They ransacked their room and ran around the premises

It was looking a little run down. We had a very run down room (hand soap dispenser was clearly broken, no tea towels to dry dishes, lounge sagging and wall and carpet had many marks and stains)
