Very disappointed compared to when it was the Alpha, more about how they can get more money out you

Location is good , that’s where it ends

Cons:

State of the room , lack of comfortable seating , being charged $8.00 to park car , being sent an email saying there would be no charge ,it was waviered for our small dog and then being charged $50 for him ( he is cleaner and better behaved than most children) and having to go and ask for coffee as there wasn’t any.

Didn't have breakfast or eat at location

Cons:

Bed uncomfortable, tv remote needed replacing. Shower in the bath. Air-conditioner was a little noisy.
